I had my ears micro-suctioned by Wendy today. I was recommended to her by a friend and I can honestly say that the service was excellent. If you need your ears cleaned out then I don’t think you could get any better than Wendy. I’m sure of it.

I had a hearing test with Nick Lovett at Audika in Loughton this week and was really impressed with the experience. Nick was very polite, friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away. He was very knowledgeable and explained my test results clearly. I really appreciated his friendly and professional approach and I would happily recommend Nick and Audika to anyone looking for somewhere friendly and professional to have their hearing checked or to get hearing aids.

Booked in with Audika, after suffering 8wks of deafness. Everything I tried from the doctors never helped. Wendy was absolutely amazing, my hearing is back, loud and clear 😊, still got to go for more treatment but really happy so far.
Worth every penny after suffering for soo long.
Before you go, I would defo advise you use Olive oil for at least 5 days to help with hard wax soften!!

The team at Audika, Loughton as always very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and professional. Yesterdats visit was no different until they found a hearing aid dome left in my husbands ear. Fortunately Wendy was able to suction it out so prevented a trip to A&E. So grateful.

Today I had wonderful and productive hearing test at Audika hidden hearing at Loughton. Wendy Green was great and really knows her stuff. I had previously been for a Wax removal as well. I would recommend Wendy and the team if you need either treatments completed.

Sue was very helpful and explained clearly, I feel I should be able to change the items on the aids myself but I somehow are not able to , and have to bother some body to do it for me , Sue went the extraneous mile and tided my Hidden Hearing minutia up and helped me to my car,

I have been a customer of Audika/Hidden hearing for some time now and have always found the staff to be
Exceptional at what they do.Wendy cleared my ears of excess wax recently and as usual did a great job showing a lot patience and care.I purchased hearing aids from the then Hidden Hearing and have them serviced by Sue
who also does a great job with regular tests etc.I have recommended Audika-Loughton to a number of friends
knowing they would be very satisfied with the great service.
