Wendy is wonderful.
I messed up the booking on line at the Loughton branch, and both Sue and Wendy were very accommodating and corrected it straight away. I have had my ears unblocked dozens of times before by GP’s and Ear specialists all over the world and Wendy is by far the most thorough and effective. Thank you to all involved at Hidden Hearing Loughton.

I have always had good service from Hidden Hearing - Loughton Branch and would not expect any different in years to come. The Receptionist on arrival was polite and the Audiologist was very supportive with my hearing check and hearing aid check and had time to answer any questions that I had.

Loughton
Had my first hearing test today in Loughton since i was a child and could not of had a better experience! I can’t quite remember his name but whoever took my appointment was nothing but welcoming and extremely clear and informative about what was going to happen during the test. Customer care is 10/10 cannot recommend enough :)

Great company
Great company. Nothing is too much trouble. Had a home visit from a very respectful young man. He had so much respect for my mother. He arrived on time, explained everything to her. Been dealing with this company for a year and they have been brilliant. Would definitely recommend them.
