I had my first ever Hearing Test today and Nick was an excellent audiologist. Everything was clear and well explained and the testing was efficient.

I had a wax removal session with Wendy and she was amazing! Very personable and put me at ease straight away. The session was quick and comfortable and I’d recommend her to anyone 🤗 thanks Wendy

This was an emergency appointment as such as I’d had an issue with my left ear for a few weeks and this was the quickest I could get to check and clean my ears.

Today I was examined by Wendy Green who saw me on my initial consultation a few years ago. She gave my ears an optical examination using cameras and then found the blockages and using all her skills managed to clean out both ears of wax build up in a single session.

I was surprised and a little horrified by the wax build up that had occurred in the recent past and I will now commit to regular check ups to keep on top of the problem. Wendy also gave me a hearing test in each ear to see the hearing levels and I was reassured by seeing my levels were normal.

Fantastic service, I whole heartedly trust hidden hearing in Loughton with my hearing, they test my ears every year and I’m still wearing my hearing aids they sold me 3 years ago.

I have been going annually for ear wax appointments. It has always been a lovely visit, with calm staff, excellent work and a friendly environment. Wendy is great - she really helps you during your visit and patiently answers any questions you might have

When I visited Hidden Hearing at Loughton I saw Wendy who was excellent and extremely efficient when she removed the wax from both ears. She also noticed a slight ear infection which was the cause of my itchy ears. I would highly recommend Wendy to anyone with an ear problem

Just finished of my ear wax removal appointment at the Loughton branch and couldn’t recommend it enough to people. Wendy was so helpful and lovely throughout the whole process, making sure I was all okay throughout the removal and going over everything including before and after photos. She was very helpful as well with her trainee taking time out to show her what to do. Couldn’t recommend Wendy more to people getting their ears looked at. Will definitely be revisiting.

I had a comfortable, informative and useful session with Nick, in the Loughton office of Hidden Hearing. I was re-instructed in better care of my hearing-aids, shown colour pictures of my tympanic membranes, etc, with minimal wax in canals. Aware of professional approach and confident that I was being treated well, having myself earlier apologised in advance by phone that I would be a few minutes late for my appointment. Fortunately the next customer hadn't arrived when I left. I look forward to next appt., which is unlikely to be required for a further ?12 months. David Whiteford

Another brilliant experience at Hidden Hearing, Loughton branch, today. Had initial audiology appointment with Sue who gave me professional, clear and concise advice. Very empathic and lovely lady. Then they managed to accommodate an eat syringe, during the same visit. I always see a brilliant lady called Wendy, she’s excellent. Puts you at ease and is very skilled. I’ve always experienced a lot of discomfort with NHS ear appointments but Wendy is very careful and gentle. If you’re looking for ear care specialists in Loughton these are definitely the ladies to go and see. I’ve been a patient for about 3 years now and they always impress me! Thank you both!

Recently visited Hidden Hearing as my partner was in severe pain with what turned out to be a blocked ear. We were seen by Wendy who was very efficient and caring, so much so I had my ears checked there and then and subsequently cleared a week or so later, excellent service.

Excellent service and well looked after by Wendy Green.... 👍
