A warm welcome and pleasant experience Wendy gave me lots of information and told me exactly what was going to happen as I was having micro suction.

I had a great experience at Hidden Hearing. I went in for an ear was removal and was seen by Wendy who was incredibly thorough and made me feel at ease. I was also given a full hearing screening test which I wasn't expecting but was very pleased to have. I would be very happy to recommend this clinic and will definitely be booking here for my next wax removal.

Sam and Wendy were very thorough with their examinations and suction procedure. The clinic uses the best equipment to conduct hearing tests and ear wax suction.

I was looked after by Wendy Green at the LOUGHTON, ESSEX branch who took great care throughout the procedure as I have been in pain and discomfort through a build up of wax in one ear. Surprisingly she solved the problem quickly. I was so delighted as I feared it was going to be a problem. She was very professional and I would highly recommend anyone to her

Everything was explained

Took my elderly father to see Sam who was very helpful and professional. That led to an earwax removal session booked with Wendy. Once again couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great service and aftercare and a happy dad who can hear again.

All done in 25mins. Clear articulation, clean ears, assessed hearing abilities, very happy customer.

I had appointment today with Wendy and I must say the whole experience and service was fantastic.
They relief after having the ear wax removing is unbelievable. It’s definitely a must if you’re having wax blockage problem.

No more blocked ears
I had blocked ears for quite some time and after trying all the usual from pharmacy finally visited Hidden Hearing in Loughton.
Wendy was so professional, informative and reassuring, explaining everything as we went along. No more blocked ears after Wendy's ear suction treatment and I'm so pleased at the result. I would not hesitate to recommend Hidden Hearing for those suffering any hearing problems

I had a loss of hearing in one ear, the audiologist in the Loughton branch checked and discovered the ear was blocked by wax. An appointment was made to have it removed by micro-suction. Wendy was reassuring and very gentle, and the blockage successfully removed.
A very positive experience all round.

My wife and I had an ear wax removal treatment with Wendy Green prior to a hearing test with Sam Soar and we could not have been looked after in a more professional and caring manner. 5 star all round.
