I visited the Loughton branch in Essex, where the staff were friendly, explained everything at every stage and were very thorough. They did not try to persuade me to buy a hearing aid just explained the benefits. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who thinks they maybe losing their hearing.

I went to Hidden Hearing for wax removal. The Practitioner, Wendy Green, explained the treatment to me clearly.
She made me feel confident and relaxed.
I will be recommending to friends and family.

I had not had a hearing test before. They are very reassuring & helped me relax. Explanations were clear & they are certainly highly qualified to use the right equipment. The on screen readouts are very useful. As I have a minor hearing impairment I was advised that there’s little advantage in using an aid. So no sales pressure.

I booked to have microsuction as my ears were very blocked. Wendy was absolutely lovely. She asked me lots of questions before we began and then explained the procedure in great detail before we started and also talked me through the process as she was doing it. She was so patient and gentle and took her time doing the job and didn’t rush us out when it was finished.

Wendy at Loughton is professional and friendly. She explained the procedure comprehensively and took extra care once she was aware of a recent ear procedure I’d had. My appointment went smoothly and I would not hesitate to return to Hidden Hearing again in the future.

Loughton Branch. I have had my hearing tested and had wax removed. Both people were most helpful and pleasant. made me feel relaxed.
