Wendy is great. She is very experienced in her field. I definitely recommend her to anyone having ear problems.

I went to Hidden Hearing and they were able to fit me in then and there. The lady I saw was Wendy and she was very professional and did a good job of suctioning my ears.

Excellent service had wax removal today and I am astonished how much clearer sounds are Wendy green is so friendly and at all Times makes you at ease.

Staff were very informative and explained the whole process. Very thorough hearing test.

Had an appointment with Sue at the Loughton office.She was punctional, tidy and very professional. Some of the testing equipment was faulty so we could not test my middle ear hearing. She gave me a good overview of the diifferent hearing aids and also the opportunity to try a specific model. I did however find tbe devices really expensive for what they. Decidec to put purchasing on tbe backburner for now...

Wendy from HH Loughton, attended my mother’s care home today to remove a build-up of wax from one my mum’s ears. Wendy did a great job - both technically and ‘personally’: she showed great kindness and interpersonal skills.

Wendy from the Loughton branch when carrying out ear suction was kind , professional, gentle , explaining procedure whilst doing it . I highly recommend as have had done previously elsewhere & there is no comparison. The hearing test to make sure there had been no long lasting hearing problems really put my mind at rest

Yet again Wendy did a fantastic job on my Mum’s ears.
She is always so friendly and patient with my Mum who is in her nineties. She never rushes the job but always explains the process as she goes along and checks that my Mum is comfortable with what is happening. Wendy is just a lovely person who really knows her job
