My wife is in a care home with a wide range of disabilities. She needed new hearing aids. She was treated with kindness and compassion and her new hearing aids have improved her life

First time i've ever had to use an ear wax removal service and chose this after shopping around and seeing an offer through Hidden Hearing.

Staff were easy to deal with, professional and insightful into my blocked ear and future prevention methods.

Would have no hesitation in using this service again and recommend to anyone.

I was made to feel very comfortable throughout ,the testing was very thorough and the outcomes explained clearly and there was never any pressure put on me. I will be back next year for a retest.

The gentleman who looked after my dad was lovely .
He is very helpful and takes his time explaining everything to both my dad and myself. He doesn’t rush dad and is always vey helpful .

The hearing test was thorough and carried out very professionally. The results were explained well in an easy to understand manner by a patient expert.

Quick efficient painless procedure to remove wax from both ears , this was the earliest appointment I could get anywhere in this area and also the cheapest as they have a special deal on at the minute, also free hearing test afterwards, so a win win win situation

The person that carried out the hearing test was very professional and he explained the result. The hearing aid recommended and package that went
with it in my opinion was too expensive.

Being miss lead. I was told 2 years ago I will not need to get new ones again as the ones i have bought can be updated without purchasing new ones. Just to be told that if I want to hear better I will need to buy new ones. Further to this I was told that my ears had no wax in and was clean, then I get an email to tell me I must book an ear wax removal session. What is going on.

so far i have them cancel my apponiments twice so its taken nearly 6 weeks just to get a test. from august to september. and there is still time to cancel me again. they have limited appointments so find it hard to fit me in with my shift pattern, so far poor service.
