Great service at Hidden Hearing Newcastle, Adam on reception was very friendly and helpful. Jo was great when relieving my blocked ears and finding I also had an infection. She was really knowledgeable and gave sound advice moving forward. I would certainly go back there if needed.

Good friendly attention to detail and my needs

Jo was so friendly and professional. She talked me through everything and made me feel really comfortable. Also a brilliant service. Couldn’t recommend more if you struggle with ear blockage.

Knowledgeable and personable staff, good service

Exceptional service ! Paul takes time to have a chat, not just about hearing but everyday life. Never rushed always accommodating. I feel comfortable enough to just drop in without an appointment and they always look for solutions while you wait. Couldn't recommend highly enough. I've been going for the last three years.

Niamh was very professional she knew her job and did extremely well. She talked us through what she was doing at each step so everything was understood and on her finishing off by checking the hearing aids on her laptop she adjusted them and you could talk instead of raising your voice to be heard to the wearer. To my knowledge no other representative had done this check before and if they had we would not have had to keep raising our voices at dad for him to hear. She did an exceptional job and Norman is very happy with the result.

Booked an ear wax removal appointment for today after weeks of pain, easy process and turned up and was seen by Jo. She was friendly and professional, and her knowledge and friendliness were very assuring - explained everything clearly and the process was quick and painless and left me feeling much better, the before and after photos are amazing. Jo explained beforehand what would happen if I needed to come back for a follow-up which would be free but she managed to do it in one and gave me plenty advice to take away to help. Would definitely go back or recommend in future

i was a bit dubious at first as i was used to using the nhs, but thought i would try H H , was a great experience i did not feel a thing nurse was kind and considerate explaining everything all in all a very relaxed happening oh and i got a coffee FREE even ordered a taxi for me.

Jo was compassionate when I needed to oil one ear a bit more and trusted that I could get it done in a matter of days based on the procedure I had in mind to prepare my ear for de-clogging.

It’s GREAT to work with practitioners who are open to other systems of healthcare and are willing to work with modalities that compliment each other.

Lots of communication along the way. Friendly, professional service at the appointment. Everything was explained. Good advice given in preparation (use earol). Quick appointment, good location. Very highly recommend. It’s absolute bliss being able to hear again!
