Went to Hidden hearing in Norwich yesterday without an appointment suffering with total hearing loss due to wax in both my ears. Diane Dorr manage to fit me in and was kind enough to treat me immediately. She’s an amazing caring and lovely lady. I highly recommend her.

I had an appointment for wax removal as NHS no longer performing this procedure. The Ear Care practitioner,Diane Dorr, first seen at Norwich and then at Sheringham, was very competent. She explained exactly what she was doing, and I was very happy with the results.

Called asking for an appointment for wax removal at very short notice. Got a cancellation for same day, and saw Diane. Amazing lady, very thorough, explained everything and managed to clear my ears really well.

I was made to feel so welcome on arrival and Diane Dorr the Ear care practitioner came through to introduction her self. I was talken through the procedure of what was going to happen whilst I was there, very happy with the outcome on my 1st visit as I had my hearing back in my right ear. 2nd visit the same a week later. Staff were bubble and very friendly and would recommend to any.

Today I had an ear wax removal appointment at the Norwich branch of Hidden Hearing. Diane Dorr was kind, efficient and reassuring. She explained the procedure, dealt with my queries and gave information about aftercare. A very positive experience.

I could not fault the service I had from your Norwich branch,
I have some observations:
I think the instruction booklet is very complicated (and detailed).
I would suggest a small simplified synopsis.
I think the aids are excessively expensive. Time will tell if they are
good value. Certainly they are cheaper than a divorce.

Three weeks ago I had my ears de-waxed by Diane Dorr in Norwich. The procedure was completed patiently, carefully and kindly, and Diane persevered despite my ears being stubborn to yield up the accumulation of wax ( and a tuft of cotton wool from an ear bud, so let that be a warning!) My hearing is now more acute ( those noisy Spring birds!) and the intrusive tinnitus in my right ear - the main reason for my taking the treatment - especially after my doctor said he couldn't see anything in my ear because of the wax build up - has diminished considerably. Highly recommended. The hearing test after de-waxing was very reassuring too.

Hoovered they wax out no pain much better than old fashioned syringe…
