I have been going to Anna Rodrigues at Sevenoaks Hearing (Hidden Hearing) for ear wax removal for the last 5 years. It's a 10 mile drive for me so I could go somewhere more local but she is lovely and I am a very nervous patient! I really dislike having this treatment but she shows me kindness and much required patience. I would thoroughly recommend this branch of Hidden Hearing.

I am very happy with all the advice and support I have had and know that if I have any further questions I only have to ask. I had a very thorough hearing test and recommendation for new hearing aids. Anna has taken great care to ensure they fit comfortably and that I am happy with the aids. She patiently adjusted things to give optimal results and I am delighted to be hearing things with such clarity.

After years of struggling with partial hearing loss and various disappointing hearing aids, I finally found relief at Seven Oaks Hidden Hearing, thanks to the exceptional service from audiologist Ana Paula Rodrigues. Unlike other specialists who often push unsuitable brands, Ana focuses on what truly benefits her clients. This was a stark contrast to my previous experiences, particularly on High Street in Marylebone, where I was sold costly and ineffective devices.

And not about device only. I was frustrated as well with low-quality professionals and high turnover. So I gave up. I had resigned myself to using AirPods in transparency mode as a makeshift solution after my fourth expensive hearing aid failed five years ago. However, I’m too young—and indeed, everyone is—to let life fade into silence. Six months ago, I decided to follow a recommendation to see Ana. Her dedication and expertise have dramatically improved my experience. Within a month of using the expertly and weekly adjusted ResoundGN device, I could hear clearly without crazy Metallic bands playing by my ear 🤣. I’ve seen profound improvements in both my professional and social interactions. I feel younger and more connected, fully appreciating life’s sounds without the issues of the past.

Helpful to be advised beforehand that I would have to pay £70 if there was wax in either ear.

I can highly recommend this branch. Ana and her team offer, not only excellent service but, are epitome of kindness, patience and understanding when dealing with my 99 year old Dad. He's very, hard of hearing and can only here on one ear so, it was such a joy to be able to have a conversation with him after having his excellent new hearing fitted. This team go above and beyond to help us and fit in appointments. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
