My partner saw Lilly who was excellent, very helpful & knowledgeable. On this occasion he possibly isn't going to have a hearing aid, but when he is ready, he will definitely be going back to the Sheffield branch. Very impressed.

The lady I saw was very knowledgeable and informative. She explained everything in fine detail and asked questions to make sure that I had understood her.She was very friendly and chatty and put me at my ease. The appointment was a pleasure.

Lilly was very professional, warm and thorough. We felt totally as ease with her and she explained in detail each test. I would totally recommend.

Jack was proficient and concise punctuality and easy to hear what he was saying. Unfortunately he couldn't sort out my right earing aid.If he had I would have placed an order there and then.The aids he suggested where excellent.i have already passed on to a friend who is fed up with NHS lack of after care. Most likely go back to hidden hearing soon

The process was smooth and well explained, and she took the time to go through the results clearly. I felt completely at ease and confident in her care. I would definitely recommend Lilly to anyone needing a hearing test — thank you for such a positive experience!

Very friendly, explained the whole process and the tests, constantly checking if we had any questions about what she was saying. Explained all the results and ways to go forward, tested my hearing with hearing aids and ensured they worked properly etc, went for a walk outside with them in to see if I could tell a real world difference not just in the consultation room like most would. Very clean and tidy place too. Highly recommend! Lily was lovely, very attentive
