The fact that I was able to have my visit at home where I feel comfortable plus a complete hearing test which was explained to me how it would be performed and the reason why.
Niteen Patel did a thorough examination with an explanation throughout.
Tried the hearing aids which was perfect but unfortunately way out of my price range being a pensioner and therefore declined to follow through at this stage so maybe you could try to make them more affordable for the elderly.

Brilliant! I had an appointment this morning as I’d started to struggle hearing my daughters during busy times. The staff were lovely, really welcoming and made me feel at ease. The tests were very detailed, Lilly explained everything beforehand so that I knew what to expect. After the tests, she went through my results with me and showed me on the chart what that meant for me. I’d definitely recommend making an appointment if you think you’re struggling, even if it’s to put your mind at rest.

Lilly, who dealt with the test was professional but friendly. She explained in detail about the hearing process and then gave the test. Following that, she provided aids and demonstrated their use.
I came away impressed with the quality of the service. Previous experience with a high street name seemed inferior by comparison.

I recently visited Hidden Hearing Sheffield for a hearing test and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The premises were modern, tidy, and immaculately clean, creating a welcoming environment.

Lilly was fantastic - exceptionally helpful and professional. She made the entire process comfortable and explained everything in a clear and informative way. I left with a much better understanding of hearing health and the reasons behind certain hearing issues.

HH mailed me to go for hearing checkup to follow up my first hearing check in April. Lily attended me again with professional, super informative, as well as kind and friendly approach. I even had the chance to try using a hearing aid and realising how much difference it made.
I am afraid of the cost, but Lily explained the interest-free credit option, making the purchase more accessible.
In all, 5 star experience.

Lilly explained everything very clearly. I am a tinnitus sufferer and my priority was to alleviate the aweful problems it brings. Only had aids a week and they are helping. Need to go back for a slight tweak. The appointment was pre booked. Overall an expensive but worthwhile purchase
