I visited hidden hearing today for my test, i was greeted by a friendly receptionist who made sure that i feel welcome.
I was then called in by Lilly who introduced herself as hearing aid dispenser. LILLY Explained all the procedure from taking the consent to the last bit.
Lilly was friendly with can do attitude and answered all the questions i had. Nothing seemed a big trouble for her and she made me feel at ease with smile and professionalism.
I would recomend Lilly anytime to my friends family and community without hesitation.

We have visited Sheffield branch today. For my husbands hearing test. LILLY Demirezen was great. She explained procedures step by step. My husband got a very thorough check. I found process really interesting.

From walking through the door we knew that were in the right place. Friendly welcome from the receptionist with an offer of a drink. Lilly was exceptional at her job and was really knowlegable and talked us through the process every step of the way. If we needed to ask anthing she always had the answer.looking forward to collecting the earing aid

Good test advice and recommendations for replacement aids and onward fitting of the new aids

I booked my appointment because I had noticed some small differences in my hearing in busier /bigger rooms and wanted to get a bit of peace of mind.
Lilly very clearly explained how hearing works, showed me what she was looking for on the visual exam and asked some questions before doing the hearing test. I felt really at ease.
I have mild differences in my hearing but it was really reassuring that I wasn't going mad finding it a little more difficult following conversations. Its nice to know that while I don't currently need hearing aids or any support that the team at hidden hearing are there if I do.

Not having someone try for the hard sell was much appreciated.

Would definitely recommend if you want to check your hearing and that you don't need to wait for it to be a drastic loss before checking it out.

Just had a hearing test by Hidden Hearing-The test was very thorough coupled with a good explanation of my hearing problems. There was no "high pressure selling" and I am now reviewing my options. Thank you Lilly.

Excellent service from a practitioner who gave valuable information on ear care as well as removing all the wax. I have had my ears syringed numerous times at various different places but I will definitely go back to Hidden hearing again.

Lily is very patient, supportive and informative.

You can get the same hearing aids cheaper elsewhere but it is not like buying spectacles. You really need advice and support. Also the aids may need adjusting to your specific requirements, which might change over time.

I came for a hearing test after seeing a leaflet in the newspaper. I'm 40 and thought I'd damaged my hearing after years of using headphones for work and going to loud gigs.

I don't know why I put it off for so long as the whole experience was excellent. Lovely welcome and a nice coffee on arrival.

Lilly the audiologist was so lovely. Really reassuring and answered all my questions without making me feel daft for asking them.

Even though the leaflet said the appointment was free I did think there must be a hidden catch where I'd be up sold something. I wasn't and it was all free.

Overall I found it a really relaxing experience! Oh, and my hearing is normal and I can keep using earplugs at night. Win win!

Lilly is a brilliant adviser and a very kind lady. She is highly competent, patient and always helpful. Lilly goes with each appointment the extra mile and tailors her response to personal needs. I have every confidence that I have given the best solution to my hearing problem and that the devices will serve me well.

We had an appointment with Lilly at the York Street branch in Sheffield My husband already had a hearing aid but has had problems with it on purchasing. It wasnt cheap and they came to our home unfortunately after about 3 years the company went into liquidation. Eventually we made an appointment at Hidden Hearing. Lilly made us feel very comfortable and she certainly had a fantastic knowledge. We purchased another hearing aid and we are over the moon. No more crackling perfect hearing. We cannot thank Lilly enough she is a credit to the company. Many many thanks my husband will be able to enjoy Christmas. Again thank you.
