Excellent customer service. Made very welcome on arrival. Every process was clearly explained as to what was being done. The results of my hearing test were also clearly explained.

Had left ear totally blocked. Jan had it cleared in minutes, no pain, no discomfort. She was patient and explained everything in details.

Lily was delightful kind and attentive. Explaining everything very clearly and gently taking me through all the tests. I was delighted to know my hearing isn’t bad for my age and I don’t need a hearing aid but should continue to have tests in the future to monitor my hearing or if things get worse.

She took the time to really listen to mum, to work out what it was she needed, and then went out of her way to explain everything in layman’s terms, without once being patronising. No rush, no fuss, just outstanding service. If only all businesses were like this.

I had my ears syringed by Jan at Hidden Hearing in Sheffield. She was extremely helpful and gave me some good advice. She carried out the procedure effectively and made sure to ask me if I was ok throughout. I hear beautifully now. As I am prone to this problem I will not hesitate to go to Jan next time / again.

I visited this morning for wax removal. Jan was excellent from start to finish. Extremely personable and explained the procedure with care and attention. I have had wax removal on several occasions and this was definitely the best, highly recommended.

Lilly, the audiologist, who fitted me with the hearing aids is efficient, helpful, knowledgeable & patient. I was not pressurised at any point. Clearly, Lilly is a lady who loves her work and only wants what is best for her clients.

I went for a routine check on my hearing aids which I bought in 2021. Lilly was thorough and knowledgeable, took time to explain everything clearly and showed me the latest development in hearing aids, without puttung any pressure on me to change what I have. I would recommend Hidden Hearing without hesitation.
