I went for a routine check on my hearing aids which I bought in 2021. Lilly was thorough and knowledgeable, took time to explain everything clearly and showed me the latest development in hearing aids, without puttung any pressure on me to change what I have. I would recommend Hidden Hearing without hesitation.

Efficient service. Booking was easy and Jan got a large clump of earwax out of my ear that I've been trying to ignore for a while.

Jan is a friendly and skilled practitioner, my wax was removed swiftly and hearing improved dramatically. would recommend!

Had my ear wax removed by Jan in Sheffield branch , she is very nice lady , very professional, couldn’t get all my ear wax out so returned a week later and after a struggle managed to remove all . Very pleased with the service , Jan was excellent. Thank you .

Lily was very personable and put me at my ease immediately. It was a shock to discover how my hearing has deteriorated but she handled the situation very well.

Very thorough tests carried out by Lily, who explained the results and options open to me. Like other reviews I found the prices quoted more expensive than I imagined and I simply cannot afford them right now.

Initially I arrived at the branch and was looked after by the receptionist, she was professional but friendly.
I was then introduced to Lilly who was going to conduct my hearing evaluation, this was first class, at all points of the test I was given an explanation on what was going to happen and why.
From beginning to end this was first class service.

I had an hearing test with Lilly Demirezen, she is a very charming lady, knowledgeable and explains everything in a professional manner, after the tests are done goes through what hearing aids are available with no pressure to buy. I would highly recommend if you have any difficulty hearing.

Had my ear wax removal today at the Sheffield branch. Excellent service and Jan was a real trooper cleaning out my ears. Definitely recommend.

The atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff showed great expertise and patience when dealing with my queries during my recent consultation, and I left with more confidence regarding the use and fitting of my hearing aids which I am now putting into practice. I also, it was useful to be able to see images on the computer screen and pictures of the inner ear etc. Thank you.

I visited Hidden Hearing in Sheffield yesterday for an ear wax removal procedure.
Jan who removed the wax was very friendly and helpful in explaining what would happen during the procedure.
The whole experience was straightforward and over very quickly.
I would also like to praise Julie on reception for always being polite and friendly,and last but not least Lilly who has guided me through my hearing tests and made me feel relaxed with her breezy personality and calming influence.

I went for a hearing test and review today. The meeting was professional but relaxing and incredibly informative. I did not feel pressured and left with a clear understanding of next stsges. Lilly managed the session and was superb.

Went with a friend who was having a hearing test / considering hearing aids. Lilly was excellent, explaining everything very clearly, both in terms of the test, and the potential options for hearing aids. Interesting and informative, as well as providing a good quality potential solution.

First time I have ever had a hearing test. Lily in Sheffield explained everything, and was very professional. The whole process of being fitted for hearing aids was made very easy and straight forward, and the after care and service appears excellent, and much more than I was expecting.

Had my ear wax removed by Jan who was patient, thorough and very professional. Can highly recommend her and this company.

Really enjoyed the demo very professional. LILLY was excellent. I am only sorry my wife and I cannot afford the hearing aids.
