I've been going to the Sheffield branch for a few months now, and seen Julie, the receptionist, and Lilly, the audiologist each time. Julie is always very friendly and welcoming.
Lilly has been lovely every time and nothing is too much trouble. She is knowledgeable, patient and empathetic. Every visit has been a pleasure, I would highly recommend.

Had new hearing aids from Stafford Branch. Service from them was excellent. From first hearing test through to finding the right fit meant for my ears, as I have limited dexterity in my hands. Would recommend them highly.

My initial review assessment went really well. I felt at ease with the adviser, Lilly, who was very professional, friendly and very efficient in explaining the process and in examining me.
I did make the point that I had an existing relationship with Scrivens but I feel there will be better support with HH. I will look to use Lilly at HH in future. M Ward

Lilly was very helpful and very kind in explaining the results of the audiometry tests and how my deafness was affecting me in being able to hear speech correctly. She tried me with one of the hearing aids and there was a substantial improvement with using the aid she recommended. I would recommend anyone to go to her for a hearing review if they have hearing problems.

Excellent service from Lilly this morning. I have been a customer of Hidden Hearing for many years, and moved to their Sheffield branch during the COVID pandemic and have stayed with them. It is so much more focused than the Barnsley set up.

Really personal and informative first appointment. Hearing health and its importance to general cognitive and mental health was explained. Results of hearing test was explained clearly and a test of hearing aids carried out with sympathetic understanding of how strange this first experience of hearing aids can be. Sensible advice given about the best choice of appliance and all questions answered. Having a friend at the first appointment as also helpful as we were able to discuss the experience and decisions taken which was reassuring when making such a big financial investment.

She was so professional, friendly and explained everything very clearly to myself and my mum so we could understand without any confusion.
