The Lady I saw was excellent. She goes through everything so that you understand. The receptionist is lovely as well. They will answer any questions or queries you have. They are quite easy 2 put in and you will notice a dramatic change in your hearing instantly,everything is so much louder and clearer. Would definitely recommend 2 anybody considering just do it. You will b amazed and the service you get is excellent. Thank you so much.

Went with my sister who has had NHS hearing aid which did not help her - she says it’s not her ears but I mumble! However went to Hidden Hearing Sheffield, very impressed how thorough the assessment was, she has her hearing aids from there, they are great, we now have conversations at a normal level rather than me shouting, Lily at Hidden Hearing fantastic.

My wife and I have had three visits to Hidden Hearing, York Street, Sheffield.
First went for a FOC Hearing test.
Greeted by Julie, then seen by Lilly.
The test and consultation was one of the best, personal and much more informed than the NHS.
Eventually received my two top of the range aids, with charging equipment and TV box.
Did not think I could wear the aids from getting up, to going to bed.
Even after only a day, did not realise they were in my ears.
However, the service and attention by Lilly, was exceptional.
What a wonderful professional consultant.

I had an appointment at the York Street Branch in Sheffield this week. Lilly and Julie couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I was greeted by Julie with a cup of tea and some interesting conversation. So although I was very early for my appointment, the waiting time passed very quickly. In the consultation, Lilly was very thorough in her questions and explanations; and I left with a very clear idea of what my hearing aid options were. I was even given the chance to try out hearing-aids so that I could experience how well they worked! Many thanks to both of you!

If you are suffering from ear wax build up, go and see Mandy. The removal was nice and easy. Feeling much more comfortable now.

Lilly Demirezen the audiologist was fantastic with myself and my 92 year old dad. Eventually they did not suit his life style but fantastic service throughout. 👏

On a visit from Ipswich to Sheffield, one of my hearing aids stopped working. I popped into Hidden Hearing in the hope that they could offer advice. Despite my deciding not to purchase hearing aids from Hidden Hearing, the audiologist was thoroughly professional, gave excellent advice, was personable and generous with her time. I would recommend her and her company to anyone seeking advice about hearing problems.

The whole experience of learning about, trying, and eventually purchasing the very expensive hearing aids was most impressive and sympathetically led by dispenser Lilly Demirezen. The products themselves are comfortable and easy to use.

My father is 99yrs old and has bilateral hearing aids, without them he can hear nothing at all. After being left without hearing aids from a previous company we used that thought it acceptable to leave him in a silent world for over 6weeks with excuse after excuse I went to this fantastic company.
Lilly & Julie was so welcoming they helped me with dad as he is wheelchair bound and obviously could not hear a thing
Lilly was patient and wrote information down for dad and I was expecting a wait once hearing test wa was done. But they gave him a pair of hearing aids there and then. The smile on his face said it all.
The after care is amazing, being reassured that dad will never be without hearing aids as they give replacement immediately if anything should go wrong no waiting weeks for them to be fixed and not being able to hear a thing. They really have thought of everything, remote to turn the aids up or down so dad can do independently I would highly recommend this company

I went to Hidden Hearing in Sheffield for a hearing test today, Lilley & Julie were very welcoming & friendly & my appointment was on time. The test was carried out very thoroughly & hygienically, Lily explained every step as we went along & made sure I understood the results, I was even given a print out of my hearing levels. To my surprise the test was completely free. I would highly recommend anyone who thinks they may have some hearing loss to give this team a try. Thankyou Lilly & Julie.

From being someone who was nervous and ashamed at the idea of wearing hearing aids at the age of 52, the service provided by Lilly at the Sheffield branch was superb!!! She’s provided a very professional approach of review my hearing loss analysis and recommended the appropriate aids that are working really well. The quality of conversations at work & home have massively improved. The backup service is also superb.

My mum had a visit today to have her annual checkup and her hearing aids adjusted and serviced. The gentleman who came was lovely, didnt try to sell her any new hearing aids and wasnt pushy at all. It was a pleasure to deal with him.

Jan is friendly, outgoing and dedicated to helping me.

I visited Hidden Hearing in Sheffield with my mother-in-law who was having difficulties with her hearing aids. Lily was brilliant; professional, kind, and patient. She talked through the issues and step-by-step showed us how to resolve them for ourselves in future.
