Went with my mother for her hearing aid review today. Julie on reception was friendly and welcoming and Lilly who undertook the review was extremely helpful and answered fully and simply the questions mum asked. The whole experience was professional and caring.

I took my 91 year old mum to the Sheffield branch where we were helped by Lily. She was exceptionally kind and patient in testing mum’s hearing, talking to us about solutions and recommending a new aid. The aftercare since has been great. What a great ambassador for the company.
If you have been suffering from deteriorating NHS hearing aid services and are in a position to take a different route I would recommend Lily and Hidden Hearing.

I had heavily impacted ear wax in both ears and ear care practitioner Jan French and the Hidden Hearing team were professional and friendly throughout - and most importantly, successful in sorting my problem out for me painlessly. I would recommend trying Jan French for ear wax removal advice.

LILLY Demirezen was extremely helpful in conducting my hearing test with clear and concise instruction and explanation in what to do and expect. Provided expert guidance as to what hearing aid to choose and its cost.

My elderly Father in law was desperately struggling with his NHS hearing aid and didn't have a back up. I rang Hidden Hearing for advice and within a couple of hours they had sent a taxi to collect him. Lilly was kind and professional and as I live 2.5 hours away she spoke with me over the phone during her assessment of him. I have used Hidden Hearing for 12 years now and will continue to do so, the team at Sheffield are brilliant nothing is to much trouble, they are always happy to fit me in at short notice, a very professional team who always do there very best for the customer.

The total professionalism demonstrated by the employees, especially the young woman audioligist, she carriedout a full hearing test then fitted the hearing aids, before demonstrating how successfully they had improved my hearing.

I bought my hearing aids from Hidden Hearing a year ago and the after sales service has been excellent. The Sheffield team are consistently friendly and helpful and Lilly, the audiologist, has gone out of her way to respond when I’ve had questions or issues, resolving even tricky connectivity problems satisfactorily.

It was an all round amazing experience, right from the time of arrival to a warm reception and a lovely prep by the audiologist Jan. The procedure was painless and quick and I was given a free aftercare product, if you ever need to get ear wax removed from your ears I recommend hidden hearing.

As always a friendly welcome from Julie and Lilly and the revamped premises are a big improvement. I have been a customer since 2020 and I have always found Lilly to be very patient and extremely thorough when going through the various tests each time I visit. The hearing aid prescribed is one of the best that I have ever experienced and would have no hesitation in recommending the Sheffield team to my friends and family.

I have made several appointments with Lilly to discuss my progress getting used to the hearing aids. On every occasion she was most helpful and explained every aspect in a detailed and friendly manner. Julie the receptionist was also very pleasant and helpful.
