Highly Recommend

I had a great experience at Hidden Hearing in the Shrewsbury branch.
The lady (Molly) that did the microsuction put me at ease as she explained how each of the equipment pieces are used which made me feel more comfortable.
Molly had a great bedside manner and chatted to me throughout the procedure which was nice as I do have to have this procedure done regularly.
The receptionist (Emma) was also lovely and we all had a little chat together at the end of my appointment.
I've been there several times and would highly recommend!

Microsuction perfection

I had microsuction yesterday and Molly did an extremely professional job. She really knew what she was doing and was able to do a difficult job with a small ear canal with no pain and now excellent hearing. She was very caring and would highly recommend her.

Really good service

Really good service. I've never seen inside my ear before. And a surprising hearing test. Option to try out a hearing aid.

My husband is next after wax removal.
