The test was comprehensive and helpful. Everything very professional. The tester was knowledgeable and helpful.I didn’t need hearing aids and there was absolutely no pressure to sell any.
However, I had asked my GP surgery for a referral on the NHS. Hidden Hearing does not do NHS work.

What a privilege
Jo Greet made me feel a very special lady. Not surprising as Josie in the office is portrays a caring and professional attitude,always so willing to help.
Jo the audiologist has a wealth of experience she afforded me unlimited time explaining every step of the assessment in a relaxed non selling manner.
Jo’s approach displays her love for the profession. I felt confident that I had received the best an excellent experience.

An all round pleasant and informative experience
From the first meeting with Jo in May 2025, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with how she initiated me into the world of hearing aids. Her easy going manner, coupled with her ability to explain everything and, if necessary, simplify something was very much appreciated. Any problems with various procedures were overcome in a calm reassuring way, and that gave me the confidence to use the aids without worrying. At 80 years of age, although fairly tech savvy, I must thank Jo for giving me the support to get to the stage of confidence that I now have in my everyday use of the aids. It is my opinion that Jo is an invaluable part of the Hidden Hearing company.

Superb Care and After Care
I have been with Hidden Hearing in Truro for the past 6 years, where I have been looked after by the most helpful, knowledgeable and caring team of Josie and Stefan.
I had had a number of complications with my hearing and they have all been resolved in quick time by this wonderful team, who provide the most excellent professional service at the drop of a hat.
I am confident that I have the best hearing aids and the best after care possible from a wonderful team.

I was visited today by the lovely and incredibly professional Jo Greet , who spent in excess of 3 hours with me today trying to e sure everything. Possible could be achieved for me with my hearing problems .

I met with Stefan for a hearing test…
I met with Stefan for a hearing test today at Lanivet.
He explained everything well and made me feel at ease throughout .
He was not pushy for a sale and came across as passionate and caring in his profession
I will not hesitate to make a further appointment if my hearing starts to deteriorate.
Stefan is an asset to the company and they should be very proud and honoured to have him on the team.
