Pleasant surroundings and was put at ease quickly. Had a thorough hearing test and given the options available to me. Chose new hearing aids and the offer of new top of the range in exchange for my old ones was great. Would definitely recommend.

I was surprised to be recalled for a hearing test as I had previously returned a set of hearing aids to Hidden Hearing. I was told the hearing health test was free with no obligation, so I did go for the test. The test was very thorough and I was not surprised by the results. I have decided to stay with my free NHS hearing aids for the time being.

A very professional and friendly service given by Steph and Josie in the Truro Clinic.
Nothing is too much trouble, and you are put at ease immediately by Josie as you enter. Steph is always patient and friendly, necessary with us elder clients and has obvious vast experience in his field.

Refused to give me an estimate of the cost before making an appointment and then refused to see me without my husband. Why ??? I am not an old woman that needs support. What do they do if the person is single without assistance!!!

Hidden Hearing are a supplier of Oticon Hearing aids. I am a traveller from NZ with a Oticon hearing aid which had stopped working.

Hidden Hearing in Truro looked after me extremely well, great service and fixed the problem for me all as part of the Oticon service.

Stephan and Jodie are a good team, and very reassuring in dealing with my hearing problems.
my hearing aids were fitted a year ago, and I had my first annual check-up on Monday. The aids were adjusted and my hearing made clearer. I am well satisfied with their professionalism.

My experience was very good.
They were helpful and very professional.
Everything was explained in great detail.

First annual check. I had problems initially, hearing aids kept falling out, but Helen came back several times last year, until I was sorted. Always happy to answer any questions. Josie on reception very responsive to any queries. I could not be happier with the customer service.
