I visited the Truro office this week for a technical adjustment to my hearing aids. Dealt with by Stefan and Josie with their usual cheerful competence. Excellent service as always ! Nothing too much trouble, very supportive. Highly recommended.

Having experienced distortion with my hearing recently my Dr recommended I make an appointment for ear wax removal. I wear a hearing aid in one ear. Made an appointment with Truro branch never having this done before. The young lady who looked after me,Suzanne, was superb. Very professional and friendly. Talked me through the procedure and explained everything as she went. I was absolutely amazed to see the pictures of my ears from the beginning to the end. No wonder I couldn’t hear. What a difference. Thank you so much Suzanne. Will not hesitate to return and recommend you to everyone I can.

Went for an update check today. As always, a very pleasant hour. Meticulous attention to detail of course, but also most enjoyable conversation and renewed friendship. Thanks Stefan.

Walking into Hidden Hearing in Truro the receptionist was absolutely lovely so welcoming and helpful.
We saw Stefan … again very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. We both went to have our hearing checked because after having COVID in October we’ve been struggling. Stefan explained everything that may have happened during covid, he explained that he would check our ears to make sure they were good then wrote to our Dr to explain what he’d done etc. Stefan said he didn’t want to sell us hearing aids when there maybe something going on
No hard sell at all nothing except concerns we may have an infection so wanted that to be ruled out. If everything is clear Stefan said if we have any concerns questions or worries to come back and see him.
We would definitely recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone that feels they have any hearing problems

A friendly and good humoured Suzanne was excellent showing and explaining what was to happen removing the wax from my left ear. The instruments required were all neatly packaged and on display. I felt that everything was very hygenic and Suzanne wearing her covid mask and PPE portrayed safety.
Two attempts were required to remove the wax because of its location and the recommended drops ensured everything was painless. Really recommended.

Very helpful and friendly at last my husband can hear probably has made a great difference to his life woul definitely recommend Hidden Hearing

I was very pleased to feel confident in the expertise presented to me. It is an unpleasant realisation to know that one of your most important senses is failing but Stefan helped to reassure me that he could help and most importantly would monitor and be available at any time if there was a problem. Yes it is expensive but the above is worth every penny!
I am very happy with my hearing aids and the welcome I received from both the receptionist and audiologist. They made me feel at ease and confident.

Unable to use Booth due to covide so sat in room and prssed button when heard soud played in ear. Then button was faulty so had to say yes when I heard.
Really not satisfactory
