I have no hesitation in recommending Hidden Health in Truro to anyone wanting a professional yet friendly audiology service.
Both Stefan and Josie went out of their way to find me a fairly quick initial appointment and the office was very convenient to get by to.
Stefan did a thorough examination of my hearing and spent a lot of time explaining what was needed to restore my hearing. I opted for an opticon hearing aid and Stefan has been very patient making adjustments for me while I got used to wearing them .

All in all, the process was far easier than I thought it would be and my hearing has been so much better and I have Josie and Stefan to thank for that.
And I do thank them almost every day when I realise I am not saying “pardon “ umpteen times a day!

Highly recommend . After looking for a hearing specialist I chose Hidden Hearing due to all the good reviews I had read. I was aware I had a loss of hearing in one ear and after a thorough examination from Stefan this was confirmed. Stefan talked me through all the options that were available to me and I settled for Oticon. Stefan talked me through how to fit them and clean them etc. I walked out of the shop hearing amazingly again. Thank you Stefan and Josie. The after support has been brilliant.

Josie and Stefan are so good at making clients feel at ease and they complete their work with a smile. They are very helpful in assessing any difficulties and always find a solution. They are setting the bar for everyone else in the business. I am very grateful for their help and guidance. Losing your hearing is a horrible thing as others do not realise you have the problem and sometimes are insesitive to the problem. Thankfully Stefan has sorted that out for me.

I first met Stefan and his receptionist Josie three years ago, following the recommendation from a friend of mine. Following a thorough examination, Stefan fitted me with new Oticon hearing aids, which immediately improved my ability to hear. Since then, he has kept my hearing under review and introduced several improvements, following my experience of using them, all of which have further enhanced my listening ability.
I have always been impressed with Stefan’s friendly professionalism and his patience in ensuring that my hearing is as good as possible. In this he is ably supported by Josie who is always friendly and helpful.
I have already recommended Hidden Hearing’s Truro practice to several friends.
