I must say I was very impressed by Stefan and Josie. I have not been happy with the hearing aids I’d had previously from a different company. Stefan at Hidden Hearing was very understanding and thorough with my test. I have now picked up my new hearing aids from Hidden Hearing. They were expensive but very importantly they work. Stefan and Josie at Truro branch .
Stefan and Josie are always cheerful and courteous . On my last visit ( 16/01/2024 ) Stefan adjusted my hearing aids , I can now pick up some extra sounds that were missing before , overall an improvement in my hearing experience . 5 stars for everything !

The receptionist Josie and the audiologist Stephan are always very pleasant and enquire how your hearing aids are performing, they go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Always top service with a smile. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent professional and friendly…
Excellent professional and friendly service from Stefan and Josie. My elderly father wears aids supplied by Hidden Hearing Truro and recently went for his yearly check up. Whilst I was present, I like the fact the interaction was with my father (the customer) and he was treated like a gentleman from start to finish. Thank you for a fantastic service and care.

Outstanding Service
The branch in Truro was absolutely first class, in no way can I fault the service I received today, I’m only 22 so I was a bit of a shock but the team was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, polite and very welcoming, I will most certainly be recommending Hidden Hearing in Truro.

Holiday help
My hearing aid failed while on holiday, made a phone call to Truro branch and within half an hour the problem had been sorted and I could get on with enjoying my holiday. The staff there were so friendly and efficient - thank you.
