Great expertise and knowledge about the market options against the client needs; Phil is an authentic concierge !
Fantastic collaboration with oBravo tailoring these clients niche. Not only products but also accessories for a great complementary.
Specifically for these MMR GAEBOLG, they are a great option bellow $1k, enhancing great vocals and realism.

No Communication

My headphones cable unfortunately broke and no replacement was available from the manufacturer.

Luckily I managed to find one that's compatible on Audio Concierge so I placed an order for a replacement headphones cable and adapter on the 16th June. I received an email from Phil on the 19th saying that he was trying to locate the cable in the warehouse but then weirdly nothing after that.
Followed up 4 times, nothing. I always feel really uncomfortable with chasing for updates but I had radio silence and my current cable is completely unusable so I was getting desperate.

Last night (7th July) I received an email from my banking provider saying the order was cancelled, I still haven't had a follow up email about it from Audio Concierge.

Disappointed at the lack of communication and waste of time, if you don't have it please just tell me and I'll move on and not disturb you.

A Mistake On Their Part Left Me With a Poor Impression But They Did Resolve Everything In the End So I Am More Than Satisfied With Their Service.

UPDATE: Within an hour of this review going live here Phil reached out to me again, acknowledging his mistake and offering to reimburse my return shipping and then some. He apologised and considering how the rest of my experience with him was for the most part quite positive, frankly I'm inclined to accept that it was purely a mistake on his part. Life happens after all. As such I have raised the star rating and have changed my stance, should the opportunity come again, I will be happy to return as a customer. I recommend this business to others, they may not be perfect but at least from my experience, they do their best to resolve any issues whether by their fault or not.

Ordered the iBasso DX270 DAP from Audio Concierge back in March.

Unit arrived with some kind of manufacturing defect causing the Volume encoder (wheel) to get stuck when trying to adjust the volume.

Reached out to who I presume is the owner Phil, who responded almost immediately, this gave me high hopes that the issue would be quickly resolved.

After some quick back and forth it was agreed that I'd send the unit back to him, when I asked if the shipping would be covered by him, he replied "100% please just send me a photo of the receipt and tracking. Please special deliver".

Of course I obliged his requests, selected special delivery and sent him a screenshot of the receipt and the tracking information.

A few days go by and I send him a message to ask if there were any updates. He says he received the unit and is sending it to iBasso UK HQ. It's only after I press him regarding how long I was expected to wait to have a working unit that he offers to send me a new unit the very same day
It's here that he claims only the grey is available rather than the silver, which is what I had initially ordered.
This was strange as the website showed both as being in stock but seeing as I wanted a unit back in my hands ASAP I accepted the grey replacement.

A day goes by with no news of the replacement being sent out, so I contact him again. Then starts a lengthy back and forth because he couldn't replicate the issue with my unit, despite my attempts to explain how and when it would occur. Eventually he does manage to recreate the issue, after many poorly drawn diagrams on my part.

I do have to give kudos to Phil for sticking with it rather than dismissing me entirely when he couldn't immediately recreate it, so I do appreciate that. But when he did finally manage to recreate the issue, he alluded to it being User Error, saying I'd been pressing too hard.
This irked me somewhat as to me this was categorically untrue, as I'd discovered the issue during totally normal everyday use, the same way I've used other iBasso and similar devices in the past, simply holding the device in my right hand and rolling my thumb against the wheel to increase the volume.

After some wish washiness that other units might have the same issue (I then pointed out other users and friends of mine had no such issues), he did finally agree (again) to send me a replacement unit which he ended up doing the following day.
To my relief and frankly as I expected, there was no issue with the volume encoder like my original unit had.

I of course, then contacted Phil for the last time to let him know of the good news, to thank him for his help and to ask about the shipping he assured me would be covered.

It's at this point that he never read the message, never responded and of course, never reimbursed me for the cost of the return shipping. This was incredibly strange seeing as he'd always responded very promptly up until this moment. I haven't bothered to try contacting him again.

All in all it wasn't the worse experience. I did get a replacement unit within about a week and a half of when I'd made the initial order. And Phil was mostly pretty communicative, if not for me having to go out my way to contact him a couple times to get an update.

That said, promising return shipping coverage, and then not following through, as well as agreeing to send a replacement, but then not doing so until a few days later once I've pushed for it and gotten him to re-agree, left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth, and as such I won't be a returning customer to this store. Which is a shame as initial service (immediate dispatch and response to contact was stellar)

Hisenior Mega7 order.

Ordered the Hisenior Mega7 iem through Audio Concierge, and got a great and attentive service from Phil.
Got them in 10 days having been shipped from Hisenior in China.
Also, they were posted Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Very disappointing experience so far

Very disappointing experience so far. Ordered a Mfi06 cable early December and I still haven’t received any delivery information. I tried on multiple occasions to get in touch (various email addresses and WhatsApp) without any luck.

Great experience.

Dealing with Phil at Audio Concierge has been an absolute pleasure.

He very kindly sent me a pair of the headphones I was interested in to audition before purchase. I’ve never experienced this way of buying before and it gave me a real opportunity to try them out before making a decision.

Communication was via WhatApp and Phil was very patient to my questions, taking time to answer them and replies were quick.

The Audio Concierge website was easy to use as well and delivery after purchase was swift and without issues.

Phil is also active on the headphone forums and is very knowledgeable about what he does.

All in all, I can’t fault my experience. The oBravo HAMT-3 MkII headphones I got from him really are something else too.

Disappointing - Even trading anymore?

Took a shot at a small indie retailer instead of a big global one.

A full week after ordering and waiting patiently, the first 'update' I had on my order was seeing a refund come back into my bank with no email or explanation or anything. Not exactly what you'd expect from a 'small premium retailer'.

The site 'sells' many tens of thousands of pounds worth of equipment yet there is no stock recorded on the company accounts, which makes me question if it's even trading / if ANYTHING on the site is actually 'in stock'.

Excellent customer service

Communication via WhatsApp which I found disconcerting - I only use WA for personal groups. Oh well, the 21st Century. I would have preferred a telephone conversation, but this medium worked. Offered a FOC upgrade due to the item ordered not being available. A week later, I am Very happy with my purchase, and cannot fault the customer service.

TC07S Exceptional Product

The efficiency of service from order to receipt was very quick and the quality of the product eye-catching. Best of all the sound quality took me completely by surprise when I connected the Mojo2 to iphone 15 Pro Max- The TC07S cable is amazing. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Kudos to Audioconsciege

I wanted to support a Uk company rather…

I wanted to support a Uk company rather than use Amazon. I ordered a DDHiFi adapter. There was nothing about it being out of stock. After I had heard nothing, I emailed. No response. Eventually got a response when I contacted on WhatsApp. I was told by Phil that he would look into it. Still nothing and no response to further email. Then no response to an email asking to cancel the order. Another email asking about cancellation was answered with ‘I will look into it’.
I see a customer below had a similar experience a year ago. The reply sited personal issues. Not sure what is happening currently, but this is no way to run a business. Sadly, have to strongly advise against using Audioconcierge.

Glad to hear all is well. Clearly the issue is just one of lack of communication on your company’s part then. You are correct that you emailed me on the 8th December. However, your message was: ‘I asked accounts to sort this all for you. Let me check what's gone on. Sorry.’ That sounded like you were planning to get back to me, rather than waiting for a reply from me.
Good communication is paramount and given the difficulty I had getting replies to emails, I would be very concerned about ordering from Audioconcierge again.

Phil is so knowledgeable! He was able to advise me on the way the audio would interact within different surroundings and even ran me through it with a demo.
