Criminal company, which I learned too late

Unfortunately, it was too late for me. Had I looked more closely at the contradictory specs (on their German homepage), I would never have bought this. Nothing rings true: The customer reviews are clearly fabricated, the specs differ even on their own homepage. The support first says cancelling the order would cost 10% of the price, then after confirmation they say it can't be cancelled anymore because the order's been shipped already. These people are CRIMINALS!
P.S. They at least delivered the product (over-ear ANC headphones, and it's aas cheap and substandard as expected. STILL, a very shady company).

Absolute waste of time and money

Absolute waste of time going to this company and their gaurantee or warranty is a bigger waste of time. I purchased these and straight away found negative reviews. So within 5 mins I tried to cancel. No chance. They said they had already shipped. In 5 minutes. So the buds arrived and I took the opportunity to send them back unopened and take advantage of the 90 day returns process. Another complete waste of time and money. I spent 20 pounds paying for shipping to China, only for them to sit in customs. In fact now I have lost all hope of a refund and the buds will I guess get back to Auralu after the 90 days because they are still in customs in China.
My recommendation id to go and buy the Cambridge Audio Melonomania from eBay for half the price and get better buds, better service and the after sales service from Cambridge was awesome.
Avoid Auralu like the plague. You will spend your money and regret it big time.

The quality of the product is poor

The quality of the product is incredibly poor compared to others available for far less money. They are also very reluctant to process refunds and demand you pay postage and taxes associated with returning the product. Avoid this company and their products.

These ear buds are really epic

These ear buds are really epic, amazing sound and great fit. Case seems to have same hinge as Apple and Bluetooth 5.3 is super detailed. They seem to have some bad reviews but I have no idea why?

Warning on this Chinese company with a UK domain front .

Warning ; Chinese base company selling fake goods by sophisticated deception through a domain name front Auralu.co.Uk using a Chinese owned distribution centre in Southall , London who are joined together in defrauding the UK Consumer maybr on a large scale at relatively small sums . I have sent evidence to Action Fraud Police on their fraud activities over the internet, alerted Google, Microsoft , Norton, Macafee etc to put the dangerous notice. Do not buy anything from or through these companies . Neither of these companies has accountable directors in the UK and so they can avoid operating within UK consumer
The “fraud “ works like this . I had wanted to buy some “ear bud” for my wife’s birthday
1) Google search : What looks like a legitimate report by an expert on VacumTest is authored by a fake person rating different ear buds and lo and behold
2) Auralu cone out on top with
3) a link to their UK website which
4) makes you think UK company good product , reasonable price against the claims they make about their product v the others such as Apple .
5) Then you only find out they are Chinese when the “track package” comes up and you realise it’s China ( yes I should have checked on Trustpilot) .
6)You try to cancel and they ingore you ,
7)you want to send them back they make all sorts of excuses ( 20 emails so far )
8) they will not give you their CEO ( Chinese) and you cannot find who heads the company but I did find the CEO of 4PX and turns out similar operations in other countries.
9) I have found their address inGuangdong if anyone wants it and I’m pursuing them to the Chinese High Commission a complaint about both companies ripping off UK and going to try to get media programmes onto this because I believe it to be on a big scale . These people are in China out of reach but weight of whatever Uk law needs to move whether it’s internet fraud / trading standards / import export but that will only happen if everyone acts together as a large group to stop this. It is happening on Amazon tabs EBay . I got my refund on EBay so buy through routes that offer guaranteed money back so don’t buy anything from China at all they are rip off copies of low quality and not worth what you are paying the ear buds I have are faulty . The only way to hurt them in the pocket is fir everyone to stop buying anything Chinese and everyone pursue them and report them as a class action starting with Action Fraud Police .

Auralu is a scam

Whatever you do, AVOID this sh!t hole of a company. I canceled an order I placed less than 5 minutes ago and asked for a refund, only to be told that the order was already in transit...HOW? Took two weeks to arrive, and guess what...it's the most stupid, low-quality product ever. You could get something way better on Temu for less than 5quids...and I paid f**king 98quids for this rubbish.

I repeat, whatever you do, avoid this company and their rubbish as much as you can.

Do not buy

Do not buy. Bought these and honestly you could buy something higher quality off wish or shein. Constant sales on so it seems like you are saving money but can buy something same quality for a fraction of the price. Wish I read these reviews before purchasing because their online reviews on their website seem to be robots.
Can't return them unless they have a quality issue which they want proof of? how can you prove something is low quality through a photo?... doesn't really match the 90-day return policy advertised online. Luckily I used a credit card to purchase so have been reimbursed otherwise I would be out of pocket £100- the same price as Apple Airpods....

I have sent an email to cancel my order…

I have sent an email to cancel my order which was placed today 30th Aug. I am concerned by these reviewers who have had a poor experience. Should have read the reviews. Update (31/08). Have received stock response: "The logistics cannot be stopped and it is already in transit. We have 90 days for a refund. You can try it when you receive the goods." I will remind them of the Distance Selling Directive which gives a customer the right to cancel up to 14 days after goods are received.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. The earbud product is a cheap Chinese model with a lower specification than advertised, available at a fraction of the price elsewhere.
UPDATE: Visa disputes are only valid on items over £100, perhaps why the price was recently reduced from £108 to £98. Advertised as Bluetooth 5.3 but states 5.1 on the box, so 'obviously' some justification for a complete refund.

Do NOT fall for it. Do NOT buy

It is not worth a single star. An order was placed in error. I IMMEDIATELY asked for it to be cancelled. The company started lying that it was sent. They refused to provide proof. They are forcing a deduction of 15% of the money collected. This is stealing. Their answer is “try use it when you get”! Do NOT buy from this Company.
