My son unfortunately had an issue with his boots. I contacted the Team at AssieBoots and they could not have been more helpful and professional.

The whole experience has been seamless from beginning to end. They cannot do enough to help you and are always keeping you updated with where they are in relation to your enquiry.

Fantastic service!
We bought a pair of boots just before Christmas, they were super helpful in advising the right pair and got them delivered to us the next day. When we realised we ordered the wrong size, they again were great at providing help and processing the return quickly. I'd highly recommend.

What an amazing company to deal with. I ordered some boots and whilst they didnt fit , ( Gutted) the customer service is phenomenal. I returned boots and on the same day they were refunded. A lovely email came with it. A fab company and I will be back to see if there is anything else that many work.

Such a great experience ordering from Aussie Boots! Sarah called me with a question about a pair of boots which was in stock and sent me pictures of them which was very helpful. SO happy with my experience with AussieBoots. The boots were significantly cheaper than the Blundstone website and the shipping was incredibly fast. Their website has so much information to help you choose the right size and the care and cleaning guides are very thorough. Loved the little sweet treats in the box too, thank you!

I love these guys! I ordered a pair of black Blundstone 558s. They were about £20 cheaper than the actual Blundstone site, and came on Wednesday (with free post & packaging) after ordering on a Sunday night. The boots are beautiful and exactly as described - couldn't be happier! Thank you!

Ordered my Blundstone 192 boots on Tuesday evening and arrived Thursday afternoon. My 1st purchase through Aussie Boots and it has been a seamless process. I came across Aussie Boots by chance, when price checking via Google. To my delight, the boots I wanted were £20 cheaper on their site than what I’d found in store!
And to top that off, the boots arrived within three days of ordering, in plastic free packaging, with a note about the history of the brand, and a little sweet treat.

This small company is running rings round their competitors when it comes to a positive and impactful customer service!

I was ordering some boots for my Father in Law, he is a farmer in East Sussex, and I found AussieBoots online. I bought a pair of Redbacks for him, he was very pleased with them, we bought some before lockdown and I've just bought a replacement pair. On both occasions the service has been excellent I spoke to Rachel and Sarah and they were both efficient, helpful and personable throughout. I could pick up the phone to them or email them. The boots were reasonably priced and there was a treat enclosed. Thank you. Ben

Wanted to buy some Blundstone boots, and came across this website - the price was better than buying direct from the brand, so i opted to order. I bought 2 pairs in different sizes and colours to see what would be best. Delivery was on time and well packaged, with a little treat inside too, which was a nice touch. I returned both pairs, to exchange one for the size i needed and get a refund on the other pair. Within 24 hours, the company notified me by email with details of the refund and exchange. The communication was from a real person, not automated, and was helpful, friendly and informative, which i appreciated as a rare and valuable experience from an online retailer.

I'd been eyeing up Blundstone boots for a while, and I saw on the official website that AussieBoots were a verified retailer. They said to get in touch if I was unsure about size, so I did, and they were incredibly quick to respond.

I then ordered 2 pairs in 2 sizes and styles. I preferred one style but needed the next size up, and again their customer service were super quick in advising me on next steps. Sent both pairs back, was refunded for the one promptly and they shipped out the new size right away. They've arrived and are spot on!

Added little bonus is I got some choccies in every box! Such a small detail, but a nice touch. Would absolutely order from this company again, and would recommend them to anyone looking for the specific shoe brands they sell. You can really tell they care about what they're selling, and their customers, and that's just sadly so rare nowadays.
