The relief to actually speak to someone on the phone when trying to purchase was the first big plus! The customer service was first rate the boots arrived as promised 48 hours later. From start to end I had a first class shopping experience. I cannot recommend Aussie Boots more highly.

You can buy boots from lots of places but you won't get the service you get from Aussie Boots. These guys are helpful to a fault. They will do just about anything to make sure you get the exact thing you want. They will give advice about sizing, styles etc and accept and process returns rapidly without question or fuss. I have bought from them a few times now and would never get my Blundstones anywhere else. Thank you

Absolutely amazing customer service! I contacted AussieBoots.co.uk, as I wanted to purchase a pair of Blundstones for my daughter. The customer service team were incredibly helpfully and knowledgeable about the products. They told me the correct size to get for my daughter and of course, they were right. The boots arrived within a couple of days, nicely packaged with a surprise bag of chocolates! If only all companies were this good! Excellent!!

Their website is great, very easy to navigate and includes all the information you need. The customer service is even better though! All three times I've bought boots from them they've answered my questions and personally checked in via email to make sure I was happy with everything with a very fast response time and no spam!

I phoned Aussieboots to ask about the various different brown colours that Blundstone boots come in. The lady I spoke to happily spent a good 5 minutes or so explaining the exact colours, which was so helpful. I ended up ordering Blundstone 585's in a size 4, which was slightly too tight. Returned those and ordered 4.5 which is perfect. Within a day of sending size 4 back, I had an email to say that they had received it and refund was being sorted. Absolutely faultless customer service which is so rare these days. Would use this company again and after just a couple of days of wearing my Blundstones, would probably order the same boots again!

Amazing service. Amazing range of boots at much more affordable prices. Next day shipping really is next day. Shipping packaging was recyclable. To top it all off they included a lil packet of chocolates. Clearly know what a girl needs apart from good solid boots, of course.
