Their customer service to exchange was awesome as boots ordered were slightly too big. Friendly personable service goes a long way and I would definitely recommend Aussie boots to my friends and family. The touch of Maltesers in each box is a brilliant touch.

Fantastic Customer Service!

Ordered my first pair of Blundstones last month, and had quite a few questions which were all answered really quickly and helpfully. I have a feeling I'll be back.

Really personal service. So helpful over returns, sizing and keeping in touch. So rare to find service of this quality...and boots also great.

Purchased a pair of Blundstone 1671's and had to return for an exchange in a different size. Took them to the Post Office on Monday, received an email update from Christine on Tuesday to say that the return had been received and that the exchange would be dispatched same day. Royal Mail delivered today, Thursday. Very impressed with the fast turn around time and excellent customer service from Aussieboots and the Royal Mail. The new boots are a perfect fit and I love them!

I promised I’d add a review for the Over-Boots Sox Savers Oilskin - they are fabulous and so practical, saved my socks and trousers from getting dirty and wet on a very muddy walk.

I received a pair of Blundstone boots as a Christmas present but wasn't sure on the style or size. The lovely team at Aussieboots were so patient with me trying the various options, communication was great and the delivery was fast, and the little treat inside the box was lovely too! I contacted customer services about an item out of stock. They could of given me a yes or no response to my question but they went above and beyond to help to get the items I wanted. They were quick and personal in their responses, I wish more businesses provided customer service like this! I dealt with Emma throughout the case.
I will definitely be shopping with Aussie Boots again.

Fantastic service from Aussieboots and can’t rate them highly enough. Extremely helpful on the phone, efficient and organised. I had been wary of ordering boots online without being able to try them on but ordered in two sizes and have sent the smaller size back for a refund as suggested by Emma. They really do provide great customer service. Also, I love my boots!!

I am so so happy with my blundstone boots! I ordered on Sunday and by Wednesday they were here, I loved the extra touches of including inner soles (free of charge!) as the boots come up rather large, after putting them in my blundstones fit perfectly. And the maltesers in the box was a lovely touch, thank you Aussie boots! I fully recommend ordering from here :-)

Great service as all the previous reviews say. First pair of boots I've bought and I love them . Wearing them round the house as wfh they are so comfy and warm. May take them outside soon!
