I found the service incredibly prompt, professional and easy to use. I was able to give my result the next day to the organisation who asked me to take this check. Not a problem.

Ridiculous

Ridiculous, they want a document that doesn't exist.

Never had this issue with NCC for example, chose this mob for the Queue Jump. Pointless. I'm a student, doing placement, no one is paid in Australia for this type of placement, I supplied the only email I have confirming a placement with full name etc but still, thats not good enough and the live chat was about as helpful as a wet paperbag.

How these guys can be classed as a preferred vendor is beyond me. Couldn't organise a sesh in a brewery. Never again.

ADDICT: Nursing students are not paid for placements in Australia, my statement is not incorrect. They may receive some bursaries, ie rural, this is not payment for placement, plus in the coming months is not now and even then that is still a bursary and not a placement payment, ie a wage.
My issue seems to be resolved because I sent you the same document 3x times which clearly states, student and where the placement is. Again, how you're listed as a preferred vendor is ridiculous and this response to my review just proves it further. I will not respond any more so edit your response further if you wish, your basis of a defence is weak. I've had a terrible experience and will not be using you or endorsing you in the future in any capacity.

Good Morning Rob,

Thanks for your feedback.

We note you have left two of the same reviews on two separate platforms.

The requirement to upload volunteering evidence is displayed to all applicants before they decide to proceed with the volunteer check category.

We must comply with strict federal government guidelines to ensure applicants applying for a 'volunteer check' and receiving a lower price for the check are doing so correctly and in a compliant manner. This includes collecting evidence of their volunteering (e.g. a volunteer confirmation letter).

Whilst most 'student placements' are unpaid, it is incorrect that 'all' student placements are unpaid or do not receive entitlements. We must obtain reasonable assurance that a placement is unpaid before proceeding with a check.

We cannot speak on behalf of the processes of a different provider.

We understand that your issue was resolved after you provided compliant documentation, and your check was sent for a result.

We wish you the best.

Kind Regards,

ANCC Administration

Update:

Hi Rob,

Thanks again for your feedback.

In some circumstances, nursing students do get entitled to payments or benefits as part of their placement in Australia. Hence, compliant evidence needs to be provided by applicants to be eligible for a 'volunteer' check.

Payments or benefits as part of nursing placements will also become more frequent in the months to come:
Link: https://ministers.education.gov.au/clare/cost-living-support-teaching-nursing-and-social-work-students

If an applicant is required to provide a document more than once, then it generally means their initial upload was blurry or not legible; hence, it did not meet the upload criteria.

We wish you the best.

Kind Regards,

ANCC Administration

Obtaining my National Police Clearane

The whole process of obtaining my National Police Clearance and Right To Work Certificates was an easy process. The only issue I did have was being abnle to access the progress of my Police Check but this was resolved in a matter of minutes by the agent i spoke with on the Online Chat. Very happy with the whole process and result.

They are totally fake and…

They are totally fake and irresponsible. I am using them from 3 years. Last 2 years they give me clearance and this time some agent failed to identify the difference between 'o' '0' and ask me to contact immigration.

worst choice

Good Morning Muhammad,

Thank you for your feedback, and we apologise for the inconvenience you faced.

Our service must comply with strict guidelines for reviewing application forms and ensuring all ID numbers are consistent and match their identification documents.

In your situation, the passport number seemed different from the number on your Visa due to the shape of the character ‘o’, and hence, it was initially deemed non-compliant with federal government guidelines. After another review, a manager determined that the character difference was due to the formatting of the place of origin of the passport and, hence, deemed compliant.

We understand that your issue was eventually resolved.

We wish you the best.

Kind regards,

Not straight forward application

Not straight forward application, with an overzealous list of documents needed and then only when I enquired regarding an update on the progress, was I told there was a query from their end, which I sorted and 24 hours later I received my clearance. Had I not made the query I would still be waiting, as there was no further correspondence from ANCC, regarding this query.

Good Morning Robert,

Thank you for your feedback.

The requirement for the number of identification documents is a federal government requirement to verify an applicant’s identity, prior to obtaining a nationally coordinated criminal history check.

ANCC staff review each application to ensure compliance with federal government guidelines, so if something was found to be incomplete or missing, you will have been contacted to provide further information.

If further information is required, all applicants are sent an email and SMS notification to their registered contact details.
