User friendly

User friendly, Easy to follow instructions. Until I got to taking photos of documents, because of my disability taking a none blurry photo is difficult. The website couldn't handle it. I had to pay and start again, which i dont mind and I had to get a neighbour to take my photos of documents, which made things much easier and my results only took 2 days to get back to me.

Worst experience ever

I applied for this in August, paid the money and then I got a list of demands for further documentation. I have never had so many issues in the past, have asked for a refund as it has become ridiculous the hoops I am having to go through just to get my check. Have informed my employers as this is the preferred method.

Police check

The entire process was efficient and well-coordinated. Although some of my documents were initially not accepted, the follow-up was prompt, and I was able to obtain my police check required for my job. I collected the certificate the following day.

Brilliant!

It was a bit involved as I had previously had issues with proving my name due to a change of name by deed poll in a different state and Qld Police Check would not accept my documentation from NSW. Then I found ANCC. Everything was able to be done online and I had the Police Check by the next day. All very professional and very helpful throughout the whole process.
