I started the registration at 8.20 pm and it's now 9.26pm and I'm not even registered. Also, I registered for a discounted 5 year subscription, but I ended up registering for a 2 year plan.

All my credentials are removed, while here the company writes to another reviewer that this is not possible. Unfortunately it is and very unfortunate is also that emails regarding the malfunction this crucial service are not answered and the phone helpdesk is too busy and the "line is full"and then just disconnects.
The subscription is now restored, after help from the helpdesk which called back the next day. After updating the app all certificates were gone. The automatic emails and AI help were not very good but the human operator fixed everything.
(i hade the experience rated as 1 but i upgrade this to 3 now, thanks to the human operator ) Hurray for flesh and blood

Used the Service eHerkenning without KVK.
Fully online application worked well. IDs / Application Documents submitted were reviewed within an hour. Totally it took me 3 days to complete the eHerkenning without KVK process, while 2 days I was waiting for an official document from my local government - not related do digidentity.

As with others here, Digidentity has an app that seems prone to losing user details and then denying the account ever existed. App and website claim to not know who I am, and as this is the only authentication for my self assessment portal, I am now locked out and can't pay my tax. No recovery of data, as the system refuses to recognise my email address. I'll phone the tax office in the morning, but I'll be damned if I'm going to use this app again.

Very friendly, informed customer service staff, call back service when lines are busy, English speakig staff, appropriate information and clarity on the issue. Staff walked exta mile to help out and resolve the query
I used digidentity for the first time to purchase a digital signed certificate (eSignature Qualified (QES)). I needed to digitally sign a pdf document with an officially authorised digital certificate. The registration and purchasing process worked without any glitches and the certificate was accepted by a French government agency. Recommended!
Very poorly designed system that doesn’t make sense to a user. Very little instruction and very little information before buying a product.
Nowhere is it clear that when you buy a pack of e-signatures they can only be used by the same individual.
Nowhere does it tell you how to set up and create a document for signature (it’s through a separate web portal that you’ll have to google to find it) that’s inaccessible and not linked from you main customer portal.
They’ve spent money on their branding while selling a really low quality product.

I jist didn't got the answer, but I was also able to solve the probleem.

The invoice has been paid and the invoice delivered, but we have not received access to the system. Despite numerous emails and weeks of support, the issue has not been resolved by Digidentity. Consequently, I have closed my account and started the registration process with another provider.
Keep receiving emails that my certificates are about to expire. No clue what certificates I have as can't get access to the platform as there is constantly an error. Not fit for purpose, whatever it is. Glad my certificates (whatever they are) are expiring. ... To continue, tried logging in again today. Got into account but so unclear as to what it is/was that I had signed up to. Account deleted.

Unresolved service. Customer service is inexistent. Whilst the company is making efforts to use automation and AI, the app and the facilities are undeveloped and underwhelming.
I have just received what it seems a message from Digitentity in Dutch. It seems an invoice for a service I wasn't able to access and use.

Forgot my password and second factor authentification is not working. It asks you to do something cryptic with a code back on the app, but the app is only asking me to log in with my password. Useless.

Unable to access my account after changing my iphone.
The telephone help number just goes around in a loop and unable to speak to anyone.
Also the password reset guidance doesn't work.
Website refers you back to the APP which doesn't allow progress - another loop.
