This is nothing but a malafide company who let you pay for something they're not going to provide and when you request they reimburse your money because you've decided to use the Services of another, then they start making difficult and start bringing costs so as to keep your money. Could not read the so called chip in my passport, no matter what I ve tried. So useless and a complete waste of time
I set up an account but deleted my account the next day and never used their services. Now i have to pay an invoice. I thought I have a legal right to consider and cancel my purchase within 7 days. Its not the case apparently with this company.

I have been trying to set up a chain authorization for my accountant with Digidentity for over three weeks now, and the process has been incredibly frustrating. Their customer service is extremely poor – it takes 3 to 4 business days to receive a response, and even then, they come up with a different excuse each time.
I reached out as early as July 26th to request the cancellation of an invoice, since the service related to it has not been delivered, and the invoice was due by August 1st. As of today, I have still not received any response regarding this issue.
This whole experience has been very disappointing, and I find it unacceptable. Definitely not recommended.
Been a customer for couple of years, even recommended Digidentity to my customers. For at least a year now, the reachability and responsiveness of the customer support is very poor to say the least. I've been mailing the same simple question to the helpdesk since May and repeatedly asked for a response but not a single reply! This is also making me look bad in the eyes of my customers. Please do something, Implement AI or something!

Good morning to everyone. I see many reviews about this company. I also tried to acres their services, totally impossible after hours of efforts. But they are now sending me floods of emails asking for payment. I politely asked for a meeting to understand but denied. No numbers to call, no full names in their email. If you had a similar experience, what have you done?

Requested an EH3 via the app. Paid Ditect but never heard anything since. They are not available by telephone and my email from 2 days ago never received a response. No indication is given in advance of how much time an application will take. And then you hear nothing anymore. I do not recommend this provider and have now submitted a request to KPN.

Already trying to get them on the phone, via chat which says that they are closed at 15:10 hrs. ... by mail ... no response at all ... as of January 30th 2025.

Since a week I'm still waiting for a first reaction on my Email from their helpdesk to activate the E-Herkenning tool. Very poor services. Contrary to what they report on their website if you log in, they cannot be reached by phone or chat at all.

While trying to recover access to my account it gives "can't reach server" errors, I'm stuck in a loop where after filling in the recovery code it just brings me back to the main page, the FAQ protocol points to buttons that aren't there, the Phone helpdesks says "maximum number of calls reached, please start a live chat" and then disconnects, the live chat points to the FAQ protocol... I guess I can start over with the whole identification process but we'll miss the WBSO deadline. Thanks for absolutely nothing guys! It should be against the law to be unavailable to your customers like this.

The process is not made clear, there are no steers for guidance, an absolutely frustrating experience. Poorly designed. When I emailed that I was experiencing difficulties I received a response in what I take to be Dutch! The website might as well have been Double Dutch. Amateurs.

I’m having problems with login. The app redirects met to the client service. Tried to reach out via chat, phone, mail…. No response at all. Worthless! I do not let derstand that official Dutch institutions make use of this worthless company.
Day after review above. I got a call from client services. The employee actually was really helpfull And took his time to help fix the problem. Based on above I changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars. Motivation is that there is client service to help with problems only in my case they where diffucult to reach. I only got reaction in ‘call me back’ option

No knowledge of the Chamber of Commerce, statutes are ignored. Long waiting times, chat only. And not at all interested in the customer and their challenges.

You can verify these documents. These are LEGAL documents, confirmed with a notary's stamp. But this doesn't fit into your automated system and that's why you ignore it. Your choice, our choice not to do business with you.

Problem with authentication because of a "server problem at the Digidentity side", request to contact them. However, they are unreachable by phone, answering machine says "maximum number of call-backs has been reached". And than refers to the chat. But the chat is only answered by a bot. This bot understands nothing. Very, very bad.
Have been used Digidentity for more than 5 years, their app seems to have communication issues with their server hence this causes tremendous amount of time-out sessions when we need to use their services. Not reliable at all. Customer service is only limited to AI bots, human interactions are not reachable at all. Highly NOT recommended if you cherish your time spent on administration.

Had to transfer the smartcard to a new phone, followed the instructions given by support and ended up with with new subscriptions (although the previous one were not expired) despite that support said it would not cost any money. I did reach out to both support and AR and both departments excel by non-reactions....
