Authentic Furniture Reviews 

I found Authentic Furniture to lack customer service, provide misleading information in regard to when an order would be ready and delivered ( the window provided to customers is when the furniture will have been made by the workshop not when you can expect to receive it ) and demonstrate a lack of flexibility in delivery. - I was notified at 4.45pm this evening my order would be delivered tomorrow at lunchtime and have no choice in the matter having therefore to cancel my plans. The delivery was not due tomorrow and I have been told before that delivery schedules are made weeks in advance and there is no option to change allocated times - except when it suites them it now seems . I am a returning customer but will not return again , the quality of furniture is good but not so good that they can treat customers so poorly

We bought our stunning Monty Chesterfield sofa from Authentic Furniture almost two years ago. It has brought us joy every single day!

Their customer service is fantastic. The staff that arranged the sale (and also arranged to hold onto it for us as we were in the middle of a house move!) were absolutely amazing. They remembered who we were, everyone was joined up on the phone so we never had to explain ourselves twice to different people, and they stuck with us (and were wonderfully kind) despite us having to change the delivery date several times.

The sofa itself is stunning - the workmanship and quality is outstanding - and worth every single penny we paid. Everyone remarks on its loveliness and asks us where it is from!

Honestly, I think this is the best company I’ve ever dealt with for the quality of the product and outstanding customer service...even if it has taken two years for us to write a review, post house move!!

Only ordered fabric samples but they came quickly and presented beautifully.

I ordered many samples from competitors, and so far this company has the best feeling material and service so far. It came the next day, nicely wrapped and undamaged. I have not brought a large amount yet, but I am considering it. I recommend.

We ordered some fabric samples and they came within a few days of ordering (much quicker than expected due to the Coronavirus situation).
We have since telephoned with a potential order. The lady my husband spoke to was extremely polite and professional and very honest about manufacturing timings.

Lovely samples. Good range of colours. Arrived quickly.

I ordered leather samples and they arrived really quickly. They are a decent size so you can get a good idea of the colour & feel of different products.
