Fantastic family run business
Fantastic family run business! Ordered a paint touch up kit for my car. Initially, after order confirmation, I hadn’t heard anything and feared the worst… However, when I got in touch Dylan replied and informed me that they had been away so my order had been slightly delayed. Not a bother to be as I was provided with clear and reasonable justification for the delay. Received my order 5 days after Dylan’s email which is decent considering I ordered from Ireland. Overall, great business and fantastic, honest customer service. Will return if I need more paint!

I recently ordered some paint and whilst initially I had a problem as I never received a confirmation email, one quick message which was answered by Dylan, he sorted everything out, he found my order and made sure the item was delivered asap and kept in touch to make sure I was satisfied, I would definitely use again and totally trust them as a business

Terrible experience with this company
Terrible experience with this company. Item never arrived with the excuse that someone else was taking care of the depatches while thay were on holiday. Fair enough , Dylan then promises a free replacement. Paypal non receipt started with no response from Scoobys. No refund, no replacement. If your looking for paints, I,d look somewhere else. Apalling service.

Excellent touchup kit
Ordered paint for our car as hit a rock on someone's driveway and it scuffed the bumper. Only just used it as temperature not been ideal. Proper car paint. Primer went on well, then i thought blue was too light, but it dried to exact match of colour of car. Lacquer made it nice and shiny.
A steal of a price compared to what hyundai wanted.

I had ordered touch up paint for my…
I had ordered touch up paint for my vehicle and once the order was processed they sent me an email as confirmation. There is no confirmation from RM that they have the the item.This is what I original wrote but since then The owner has emailed me and the item has arrived.It took longer than expected due to the fact I never noticed that the supplier is in Ireland . I can only apologise to the owner and will offer to use him again.

Needed a specific black colour for my motorbike....checked via email if it was in stock.....autocarpaint replied within 24 hours to say it was. Ordered, and delivered in about a week. Very pleased and would recommend

Looks like good value.
Paint arrived promptly. Not used it yet but good price for size. I guess they're a small company so comms was a bit slow but we got there in the end.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!! Used Scooby's Paint website to buy paint & clearcoat. Email (autocarpaintuk@gmail) gives bounce back - not received, phone number (028 8953 1126) incorrect and does not work, Complaints policy refers to DVD's so copied & pasted from another site.
Have not received my paint and now having to purchase from elsewhere

I bought some touch-up paint for my car…
I bought some touch-up paint for my car before selling it. Once the paint arrived I was quick to realise the colour was wrong. I emailed Dylan from Auto Car Paint and he was quick to send out a replacement colour for me which matched the car perfectly. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to fix up their small stone chips without having to fork out £££ at the local garage
