Contract was only in German; they charged 157 EUR more than was indicated in the voucher.
I picked-up the car in Munich. The office assistant was not friendly and helpful. Only contract in German was available which meant that I had to sign a paper which I couldn't understand. In addition, the office assistant din't unswer well to my questions and seemed rather anoid when I had more questions. They also charged 157 EUR more than was specified in the car rent voucher and then didn't respond to my email inquieries. In conclusion, I don't think that I would chose this firm again.

we are very sorry that you were not happy with the service provided locally.
We have checked with our supplier and were informed that the charges made to your credit card were only for international one-way fee and GPS, which was requested and noted on the voucher.
If there is anything unclear regarding the charges please send us a copy of your rental agreement and credit card statement showing the charges from the supplier to: managing.director@autoeurope.de so we can verify again with the supplier.

Please note that a free cancelation is possible only until 48 hours prior to pick up, as advised on your voucher. We are very sorry for this and we understand that it is an inconvenience, however there is nothing we can do since our hands are tied by the supplier's own policy.
