Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Things they say on the web site is included, is not included when you arrive to your destination. This means: you will pay extra for "the best" insurance online, but when you get to pick up your car, you will need to pay for it AGAIN. Would not recommend Auto Europe to anyone.

I have been using AUTOEUROPE for several years now. Not once I was disappointed, and in two occasions with damages on the cars I rented, they were efficient and professional. Even more, they were kind and efficient above professionalism when I required support - that retain customers. I also used the same site from different countries (.dk; .se; .com), and rented cars in multiple locations world wide, and each time received great service.
Really great travel support where one needs it most.
