I shipped my Harley ultra limited from IL to FL. Experience with auto transport 123 was less than unacceptable. First this was during a hurricane, which communication was lack there of, no plans, no status given. I had to constantly call to see what the schedule may be. Auto transport 123 finally contacted me and had a rough estimated time to pick up but then asked for additional payment since their driver did not wish to drive to Florida and had requested more money. I proceeded to tell them that the contract still stands and they cannot pass on any additional costs to me once the agreed upon price is set, signed and paid for. After the chaos with hurricane passed, my motorcycle was then picked up, by H1 Auto Trans with 2-hour notice on a Wednesday and was promised to be in FL that Friday ( I was in FL already waiting). The driver they sent wanted to get permission to ride motorcycle 1 mile to load onto the truck claiming they couldn't fit into neighborhood streets (streets are plenty wide) I don't think so I said. Driver miraculously had no issues turning into the neighborhood, like I had explained to him that he wouldn't. I myself have a CDL and am fully aware of the capabilities a semi truck has. Also the supposed experienced driver, didn’t know what he was doing with my HD and couldn’t even turn the ignition on. He Kept trying to use the key to turn on the bike, like it was a car.( I have this all on video.) Then Friday and Saturday came and went. Surprise we are here (Sunday)! Streets are more narrow in FL neighborhood and trucker was fully confident he could fit. Great! Upon receiving the motorcycle, I noticed there was tons of grease all over my bike, battery dead as a door nail. I immediately called auto transport 123 to notify status of bike and my dissatisfaction. Dave the salesman who was initially dealing with me from the beginning, the one who gave me full confidence that they would be able to transport my investment soundly with guaranteed motorcycle experience, simply passed me along to customer service to handle the situation which ended up in a voicemail with no calls back. So I called the next day to customer service directly and explained my situation, was told they will call me back shortly. Days went by with no call back. My Harley is now being picked up by the dealership to see what else the issue is besides the battery being dead. (HD’s can’t just be jump started like a car.) Before I had my motorcycle leave IL, the bike was in immaculate condition. I take pride on how well I preserve my investments. I was nervous on hiring a transport company to perform such a task and after this experience I will NEVER trust any transport company. I will do is my self just like I have in the past. How can a company that claims top motorcycle transport ruin a bike this bad? Wouldn't a top rated business follow through and make sure your customers are fully satisfied with the services you provide? I will never use this company again and would highly discourage anyone to use them as well. And stay away from H1 Auto Trans out of Illinois, complete hacks with ratty old equipment. These drivers shouldn’t have a CDL!!

Minumin communication between signing contract, obtaining a driver with pickup time and delivery of my vehicle . Called at least 3 times to see if a driver was hired and a date and time of my vehicle.
My vehicle was picked up on September 20th at 5 pm by one driver and my vehicle was delivered on September 21st at 7 pm by a different. For 26 hours I did not know where my vehicle was at. No communication until I called the original pick up driver who gave me the second drivers mame and phone number.

Shipping my car was easy for me. I had to change date a few times, but that was not a problem for them. I would use Autotransport123 again. I highly recommend this company.

The company lies. They broker out your requests. I was told that they had their own drivers who would do the run. Even told me that I should go with them because they would not broker out the vehicle. I provided credit card number for billing then hour before arrival. I'm being told by a driver from a different company to have 825.00 cash on delivery, in a Saturday after 330 pm, when the bank is closed. I call A123 and they are less than helpful, and incompetent. Saying go to Wal-Mart and get a money order or cashier check. A nightmare with this company.

This company was the top 3 rated on some review site so I end up going with them. Throughout the process I see this industry is a giant mess. I end up taking the guarantee pricing as I learned that economy price can go up and timeline can take much longer. The sale rep was very good as he assured that everything will be taking care off, however, it was difficult to get a hold of him or customer service after the initial call. My van did got pick up and delivered on time but couldn't pay with credit card via the broker as I can't get a hold of customer service.

The move went well. We did have some issues with scheduling which changed three times before the pickup was finally made. The drivers were extremely courteous and our customer was grateful for their approach to the job. The drop off took place in Rockland CA and as of this writing have not had any negative feedback.

the pickup and delivery went as planned. The issue really was with the salesperson, Martha. I told her that I didn't want the employee who was going to be receiving the delivery of the vehicle to have to deal with paying for anything. She told me that my credit card would be charged for a portion of the service at the time of the pickup and then again when delivery was completed. The pickup went fine but when the vehicle was delivered the driver demanded payment in cash from my employee. The employee had to go to the bank and get cash which created a great deal of stress for a new employee. I tried to call and email Martha but she didn't return my calls. When I finally reached her she transferred me to someone else who told me that regardless of what Martha told me that the driver would need to be paid cash. I won't be using this service, again.

Our car arrive in a timely manner and in perfect condition. We have used Auto Transport123 on several moves and each time their drivers were very accommodating. Delivering the car at a convenient time and location.
would definitely use them again.

You are second to none.Excellent communication and scheduling timing is perfect as promised.Keep up with the good work.I get few cars a year from out of state and all my future transportations will be through you guys.

Had a terrible experience. The rep I spoke with to setup reservation lied about just about every detail just to get me to sign. He lied about how payment was handled, timing if shipment, and details of pickup and delivery. This company is a broker, posts your car on a website for drivers to pick and choose how they want. No guarantee of when your car will get picked up or delivered. Find a transport company direct, do not use this company or any like it.

So the car got there in one piece- eventually. Told pick up would be one day, I even called the day before to confirm. Was told driver was signing off and set to go next day. Still didn't hear anything next day, which was a Saturday. Barely could get a hold of a person. Person who booked would not answer calls or return messages. Four days later came and they got the car! Very difficult since we were moving to deal with this company. When drop off time came, price was different from original invoice. Made deposit less, so more cash due. They said they don't contract routes out but driver from ours was from a different company?! Like I said- car got there eventually in one piece.
