Collecting vehicle was a bit slow as there was a queue of customers ahead of me and some rental documentation processes seemed unnecessarily long winded when most customers have pre booked. That said, I was lucky to get an upgrade to an automatic SUV which was fantastic! Thank you! Return service was great!

If you return a car to Autovia company in Bolonia with full fuel they give next customer less fuel, because is visible almost full fuel, but real fuel it's minus for example 200km. Last time is standard cheating in some rental cars, but is sad for owner, because rent a car employee think that cheats only customers, but they cheats only own boss, who lose next customers and has bad reviews.

The car was not new but still good and safe.

The car was in good condition and it was easy to find. The staff was friendly and supportive. Please note the number of Autovia parking places at the Bologna airport is very limited so you need to consult staff while dropping off the car at the end.

I rent a car online,arrived in Bologna,it was not ok. They geven me a car for 5 days for 300 euro inclding assurantie fulltime option.

The great service and excellent car condition

Verry good buget, the rented Panda hybrid car was ok, check-in and check out was ok.

- The car was old and dirty.
- The car was full of scraches.
- We had to fill the blue water to the dizel engine, and didn't get back the money we paid. You musr check the car before giving it!
- The guy that was supposed to give us the keys was talking on the phone, and we didn't find him for a long time.

The experience with Autovia was great.
The car was excellent.

The check in desk is in the airport terminal the staff was very friendly and they helped me to solve some troubles the drop off was easily and efficiently.

I originally thought I had a great experience when renting the car in February, the car was Ok and the booking process straight forward. However when I gave the car back I was told there was a tiny scratch on the wheel hubcap (not sure it was there already when I got the car, my mistake for not having taken photos), and the problems with Autovia customer service started.
I took ownership of the scratch, as it was 1cm and superficial. I’ve been contacted by email after few weeks asking to pay full amount to replace the hubcap, I’ve questioned the request as a tiny paint scratch does not imply changing the item, it does not impact the functionality. I’ve asked how to escalate the issue, I never got a reply. 4 months later, without any further communication, the full amount has been charged to my credit card.
I went back to customer service again, and they said their technical team confirmed that the item could not be fixed…… 1cm scratch does not need to be fixed and certainly does not require replacing the hubcap.
Extremely poor, I saw many reviews similar to mine. Never again with them
