Double Charge for Full Coverage Insurance
I prepaid for full coverage insurance. Then, when I picked up the car, they charged me 250 Euro for additional insurance. The rather rude Autovia employee at the MXP Airport Terminal location told me I either paid it or she would cancel my reservation and I could take my business elsewhere. Reluctantly, I paid as I had no other option. When I asked for a refund when the car was returned (completely undamaged in any way) they refused.
Also, the drop off location was changed after my reservation and I was not notified.

Not the Best
We made a reservation for a van that was automatic with a gps. The van was a manual shift, had no gps but was also leaking coolant. Luckily I was able to drive but their solution was to buy coolant and just keep refilling. Still waiting to be reimbursed for the coolant like they promised. This was a family vacation so this took a toll. Customer service was terrible.

Excellent price, excellent service!
The check-in and the check-out of the car were pretty fast. I clarified some doubts before the time of rental and the answers were fast and assertive. So the service at all was amazing. But the car was a bit dirty, there were some old documents inside the vehicle and there was some trashes in the back seats. It didn't compromised our experience at all, I would definitely recommend it for friends and family.
