We went to your office in Milan central station,,I brought my passport and my international driving license,they rejected to give me the car as my local license wasn’t with me,,the attitude of the employee was very bad and that’s not professional at all,,I sent you an email but no respond back

I booked a rental car through CarTrawler, which operates as an intermediary on many airline sites, in my case WizzAir. The actual rental was handled by a local provider (Autovia/Ecovia), who refused to deliver the vehicle for unclear and undocumented reasons — despite me arriving on time and showing legally valid ID (an Italian driver’s license).
Here’s what happened next:
I immediately submitted all required documents and was told the refund would be processed within 48 hours.
Three weeks later, no refund.
CarTrawler now claims they are “waiting for feedback” from Autovia that didn't reply
No escalation, no deadlines, just empty promises and silence.
It was a very poor experience with No protection. No transparency. No customer care.
I want to underline that I waited for 90 minutes on queue and the same situation happens to multiple customers.

The branch manager was sharp, efficient, and incredibly professional. He immediately understood the situation and found a great solution within minutes. Thanks to his help, we were able to continue our dream vacation through Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna without interruption.
While other companies gave us excuses, Autovia gave us solutions. Highly recommended – not just for their cars, but for their attitude and humanity. 🙏🚗

Its a worst car service in Italy. I booked from them and paid one week in advance. My time to recieve vehicle was 13:00 but due to heath issues i arrived late. at hour 18:00. when i arrived there the girl said we have cancelled your vehicle we cant give you vehicle because you arrived late to recieve ( but i already paid them for upcoming one week in advance)
then i asked them to return my money and they said we cant return money because you arrived late so we cant return you money and we cant give you car . BUNCH OF Thieves AND LIARS WITH THEIR fraudulent POLICIES. avoid them at any cost they are shameful and useless and thieves.

There is nothing clear, Your ^ General^ terms and conditions are made on bad faith and are in hidden in Pdf of booking at the end with a mention. I called your customer service she said i cant do nothing. You are looting your own customers. If I already paid you online for one week, even if i come late it shouldnt matter because i came in your office timings and I already paid for that vehicle for one week, Are you dumb or what? I understand your only goal is to rip people off and give them five times expensive nolleggio because you guys are legal theives riping tourists mostly and travellers. Since, tourists are innocent you are escaping this fraudulent practise.
And No you are not ^Sorry^. Stop using word ^ sorry^ and humilate the world. You are a liar and a fraud. Your customer service girl was arrogantly laughing at my face. She was not sorry. You are giving me an useless reply that you give to everyone after riping them off their money and then wasting their time mentally emotionally and financially. You are really not sorry for nothing.
