From the moment of contact everyone was very helpful and the service superb.

We were clients of Autovia in November. We are impressed by their professional attitude towards clients. We did not understand that their employee would take us from the airport to the office. The company sent a car, which found us on the road and took us directly to the place. We thank them very much. Fast, correct, professional and kind attitude. I recommend this company!

I got a claim 1 week after delivering the car concerning scratches i'm sure I didn't cause. I disputed it without succes even though i had recorded the car at delivery. They Just withdrew the money from my credit card. What can you do? I believe it is their businessmodel to get more money fromtheir cliënts.

Il loro gentilissimo autista ci ha preso in aeroporto all'inizio del nostro viaggio, e riportatoci una volta restituita lauto a fine soggiorno.

Ci siamo davvero trovati bene e consigliamo l'autonoleggio Autovia per cordialità, efficienza e simpatia. Inoltre, propone dei prezzi molto competitivi.
Ps. Arrivati in aeroporto, il punto di ritrovo per la navetta è il gabbiotto della polizia municipale. Chiamate Autovia per avvertire del vostro arrivo, probabilmente risponderà il gentile Armando.
Ricordate che sono accettate solo le carte di credito (non carte di debito!).

We are new Autovia's clients and we are very pleased with the experience.
Their polite driver took us from the airport at the start of our journey, and brought us back at the end of it.
Armando is the bright and cheerful costumer assistant that helped us to sort out the car papers.
We genuinely had a nice experience with car rental Autovia and we would recommend their services. Moreover, their prices are very competitive.
Ps. When arriving at the airport, please go to the municipal police booth (polizia municipale) and wait there for their van to come and collect you. Call the car rental Autovia to let them know of your arrival at the airport, most likely Armando will answer your call.
Also note that only credit cards are accepted at the car rental (no debit cards!).

Located way off campus down totally chaotic Street.
Very long wait to get car but car was fine.
Forced to pay 30 euro cleaning despite very little to clean and no warning on pick up that car needed to be cleaned spotless on return.
Drop off back at airport totally unsatisfactory. Spat out around 300m from terminal onto busy road with no direction or help

Worst experience ever. After returning the car with an empty LPG/Gas tank ( nobody told me the car had a LPG/gas tank) Autovia charged me €150 for filling up the car with gas. I returned the car with a full tank of petrol, told them that I was not aware of the fact that the car had also a LPG/Gas tank, and that I had no time to refill it. That was no problem, there would be a small charge for the service and the cost of refilling.
When you realise LPG/Gas is cheap in Italy and the service charge is €25 ( seems more than a small amount just for refuelling) you know that you have been fooled when they charge €150 for it via your credit card.
I asked for a receipt, did not get one. I asked for a partial refund, dis nog get one.
Theu only offered me a voucher of €60 for the next time I rent a car with Autivia, which is not going to happen.
Besides that, the car ( +100.000 km) was old, dirty and full of bumps and schratches.

Everything was fine. Shuttle was already waiting by the time we got to the stop. Just less than a 5 min walk from the terminal to the shuttle stop. From there 2 min by shuttle. Car was in good condition. Friendly and competent staff.
