Located a few steps away from arrivals in the airport. Staff very friendly. The car was great and easy process for collecting. Holding deposit is low compared to some other rental companies. No hassle collection or drop off. Would recommend.

Collection of the car was quick and easy, as was the return. The car was almost new and clean. The price of the rental was good value when compared to others.

🚨🚨🚨DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE CROOKS! 🚨🚨🚨
Unsafe cars, zero support, €200+ owed to me, and an unauthorised charge 4 months later. Avoid!

Key points:
- Car became dangerous and undriveable on Day 2
- Customer service was useless and obstructive
- Left us stranded and forced us to pay for taxis and fuel
- Took 5 months to refund basic costs
- Then made an unauthorised charge to my credit card months later

I have never experienced such a shocking combination of unsafe vehicles, incompetence, and outright dishonest behaviour from a car hire company.

On the second day of our rental, the car became undriveable and lit up with multiple critical safety failures, including:
- Emergency braking unavailable
- Stability control fault
- Traction control fault
- Hill hold/descent faults
- Lane assist unavailable
This was not a minor inconvenience — the vehicle was clearly unsafe to drive.

Autovia’s response was disgraceful. Customer care was completely unhelpful and spent 5 hours trying to push us to sort recovery ourselves before reluctantly accepting they had to deal with it.

After the tow truck collected the broken car, Autovia then dumped the problem entirely on us. We were instructed to take a taxi at our own expense to the nearest branch over an hour away. No transport was provided, no assistance offered, no apology — just “go there yourself”.

The replacement car was another insult:
- Handed over dirty
- Not even properly fuelled
- We had to pay to refill it immediately

Then came the customer service nightmare. Communication from Autovia was beyond appalling:
- Emails were answered weeks later, if at all
- Many messages were simply ignored
- Some responses were blatant lies
- They repeatedly ignored what had already been clearly explained and documented, forcing us to start over again and again

I only got any resolution through Booking.com
It felt like dealing with a company hoping customers would just give up out of exhaustion.

The financial side was just as unacceptable: it took five months to recover even the taxi cost (over €200), and we had to give up on claiming other expenses entirely.

And the worst part: Autovia charged my credit card FOUR MONTHS after the rental ended with no authorisation, no justification, and no explanation.
This was not an error — it was an unauthorised charge, and I only got my money back by going through my credit card company.

Autovia showed complete disregard for customer safety, basic service, and lawful conduct.

🚨🚨🚨AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! 🚨🚨🚨 Hire literally anywhere else.

Brilliant company. Booked direct and was easy. Cheapest by far and didn’t charge for extra drive. The car was exactly what we asked for and brand news. The customer service was excellent upon arrival. No upselling of insurance and really friendly. Was on our way very quickly. I would definitely book with this company again

We arrived at the counter, there were two customers in front of us who were being served, we placed our order, credit card, and driver's license, five minutes, we received keys to an upgraded car.
We returned,
Five minutes and we were outside,
