We arrived at the counter, there were two customers in front of us who were being served, we placed our order, credit card, and driver's license, five minutes, we received keys to an upgraded car.

We had an engine problem with the first car rented in Venice. Because of travel we took the car to the Verona and they exchanged the car out with kindness and efficiency!

They charged me for a scratch that was…
They charged me for a scratch that was already there. They had pointed it out to me and written it in the papers when ni rented it. Then charged me for it when I returned it. They knew I had insurance with another company. I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY. If only I could give them zero stars

Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company - steer clear.
I received an email 5 months after I rented the car saying I caused damage. We had to drop off the car at 6am so there was no one to sign off on the car. absolutely no damages occurred to the vehicle.
Days before Christmas I receive an email with a couple of photos saying damage was caused with excessive charges. One photo was of the under carriage and two photos showed zero damage at all. Two days after Christmas they’ve charged my card circa £700.
What an appalling company. I have contact Amex to dispute the charge and have a lawyer trying to resolve this. I imagine they’ve done a mass mail out to past customers over the Christmas period hoping that they wouldn’t see the email and just charge them. Dirty Christmas joke.
