Very good experience.
Person at the desk extremely polite, very helpful, clear instruction.
The Autovia application on the smartphone makes it very simple and problem free to drop back the car out of the desk opening hours.
Thanks Autovia.

Fast paperwork upon collection.
We hired a Fiat Panda - we got a brand new one with bluetooth and touch screen. Very satisfied.
Easy return and no delays.
Best value for money and insurance coverage.
We will definitely use Autovia on our next trip to Italy.

Smooth, fuss free inexpensive rental. Missed 5* as tyre inflation alert always came on - tyre was fine but system hadn't been reset - and the car was high mileage though it drove fine.

I'd give them zero star if i could.
Rented a car in Verona. In the parking lot upon car check and return, the employee said everything was okay. We walked back to the office and the same employee left me there so he could walk back alone to the car. When he came back, he said there was damage on the car. He said he had to make it official and call it in. I had to hurry to catch my flight back home. So, I was torn. Now they're charging me almost €200 for a damage I didn't make!
By the way, I paid €500 for deposit!

Bad experience. Arrived on site at around noon and the kiosk was closed. Request was to call an Italian mobile phone which is not very easy and cost-effective if you have a foreign mobile number.
I had an issue with my car as it was damaged due to hail storm. I swopped the car for a new car and was requested a second deposit of 500EUR (same contract, total of 1000EUR deposit). I was also promised by the gentleman on site that the second deposit was not linked to the first car and hence returned upon returning the 2nd car.
That did not happen. Upon returning the 2nd car I was told that also the 2nd car deposit could not be returned due to the damage on the first car. I obviously disagreed as the 2nd car was returned without any issues but obviously the gentleman could not do (or care) much.
I sent an email to their complaint department about the total cost to pay for the car damage (I had an excess) and nobody replied. Same night I was charged on my credit card (without my permission) the full amount for the 1st car repair without knowing why I was charged full amount and when deposit would be returned. Despite now after a month I received some vague answers, I still don't have an answer to the questions I asked.
Really bad experience. Would not recommend.

Good and quite new manual car with cruise control and usb-charger
Car pick-up was fast, international driving license required for Russia.
Enjoyed it!
