THE WORST RENTAL COMPANY!
AUTOVIA, ECOVIA AND FURGOVIA - ALL THE SAME TRASH!
Worst rental company that I've ever experienced.
Firstly, the car was completely damage and dirt when they gave it to me.
Secondly, they hide extra fee's from you!
DO NEVER TRUST A COMPANY THAT HIDES FEES!
The staff simply ask you to sign an electronic device and as you're in rush or something... you sign, the staff doesn't show you any piece of paper or any electronic version prior you sign.
Then AFTER you have signed, they come to say that if you got a fine you need to pay them 60 EUROS to communicate the Police that you're the driver instead of them. What a bull***t!

New well presented vehicle
Good pricing and convenient airport location. The agent was friendly helpful and efficient and we were on the road in a new well presented vehicle in no time. However the car was supposed to have been provided with a full tank of fuel and was only 3/4 full so it cost me extra to return with fuel that I had to pay for that the previous customer used!

Don't judge a book by the cover.
My heart sank when we saw the queue at the airport, but I should have not been surprised that this car rental company was so popular. Then my preferred car was unavailable. The man in front of me got it! I was offered alternatives but rather grumpily stuck with what they had chosen as a replacement. The Agent was very friendly - desperate to get me to smile, despite being rushed off his feet. On returning the vehicle I had to thank him for a straightforward and professional experience, with no fuss. And I had to concede that it was a far better vehicle than I had originally chosen.

If you return the car afterhours you cant unlock the deposit of you creditcard. Dont worry, send e-mail to customer service and they unlock it rightaway.

The pick up off the car was very good. Helpfull and kindly staff.
The dropping off the keys was easy when the office was stil closed at 07:00. In the letterbox outside the Office.
We get free an upgrade from Corsa to Seat Aruna. Top

Autovia welcomed us in the evening at the airport in Verona and quickly served us. Instructions were very clear and the car was great. Return of the car also worked without any problem. So I can recommend them as a good address for renting a car when you are in Verona.

Very good experience
The procedure of taking and handing over the car was extremely easy. The lady in the front desk had a perfect English, and was very gentle and helpful. She gave us a better car than we applied as she saw we had a little girl. The young guy when delivering the car was supportive and explained to us in details some question marks we had. I want to rate with 10/10 the service provided to us.

Mario was super helpful. When we arrived he had the forms ready and then helped to sort the navigation system. We needed to add a driver and he didn’t charge extra fees or make it difficult.
