Complete waste of time this company do not use them. Waited 4 weeks for a car we never received kept making excuses after excuses as to why it wasn't ready for collection. Then another day they said it was we drove an hour to collect it only to be told it wasn't ready and had to turn back around. Absolutely rubbish customer service I've never seen anything like It.

What a nightmare buying from these you get a car on finance so you have to sort finance out first without see the car you want to look at because of course it’s not there then they say they will get it down in a few days later after nearly a week and me ring and ring and ring to see the car I got to see car but was not allowed to test drive it. After a nother week of waiting and ringing them up don’t know how many times I finally got the car after 2 weeks when picking car up still not test drivers it after asking got tolled I was taking car so drive it then so they give you a time to pick car up you wait hours to get it so you get tolled why it’s takes 2 weeks is because on it needing m.o.t and a clean only thing this car got was a m.o.t oh year they taken locking nuts off both front wheels but left then on back gave me a car with no locking nuts to get the back wheels off so Iv had to pay for them to be taken off the car not been clean so had to do it really will not be coming back to get a car of these staff is so rude and horrible try and tell you on how it works and when you tell them you have worked in a car show room before and it don’t work like this they don’t like it when they been put in there place really don’t buy from these

Wouldn’t get a car from here again, was told the car would have a new timing chain before collecting which related on a delay in collection but after taking the car to a local garage for a service since I have been told it hasn’t been done. Garage is now ignoring all calls and messages from me

Dealt with everything i needed very well, had to wait for the car a couple days longer then expected but when I was there to collect i could see why as the place was so busy with customers which just shows how good a service they offer.

Had nothing but issues with the car I have bought the customer service or should i say lack of customer service and lack of quality and quality control is DISGRACEFUL. The issues i have had are still on going since i got the car in October 2024.
NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE COMPLETE AND UTTER CONMEN WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AND DO NOT CARRY OUT THE WORK THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO WHEN YOU BUY A CAR FROM THEM

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Sold me a car with multiple problems, including a tyre with a slow puncture. Refused to fix these problems unless I returned the car to base, which was a 4 hour drive from me. Even though they had verbally agreed that this would not be the case, Customer service is terrible at best. After explaining that the car was immobile less than one month after purchasing I was told ‘get the AA’. Left with a bill of over £1000 to fix the car which I could not afford after just paying a £2000 deposit. Do not use this company.
