Had my new kitchen fitted in Nov 2020, lots of hiccups at the time blamed by covid and items being out of stock or delayed. I decided to overlook the initial issues. Within a week of fitting, the extractor fan stopped working, I contacted Avanti several times before getting to speak with someone who could deal with the issue. Extractor company came out and replaced mechanics and so far all is good. Shortly after I developed problems with my sink. After several emails, phone calls, and a home visit with an attempt to upsell, I managed to secure a sink replacement. I then had to wait a few months for it to be fitted. Unfortunately this work dislodged the integrated dishwasher fixings causing damage to my dishwasher. I have been chasing Avanti for a month now with no response despite emails and phone calls. If I get someone else in to fix the problem caused by Avanti then my guarantee is void. I'm really disappointed by their poor customer service, their lack of contact demonstrates poor professionalism and accountability. I wouldn't recommend them to family and friends!
We were very pleased with the quality of the Avanti fitted wardrobes that were recently fitted. Garry was very helpful in his design and pre-order advice.
The two fitters did a good job in installation in a limited space within a dressing room area. There were a few marks to our new decor and surrounds during this process, but nothing serious and appreciate the difficulty involved. Avanti provide an excellent range and professional service in all areas.

On the the 4/1/21 we noticed a split appear on the dressing table top. We contacted Avanti who said they would arrange for a new top to be made. The new top was due to be fitted on the 5/2/21. When the fitter arrived and removed the old top he found that the new top was defective and a new one needed to be ordered.
Over the next 2months promises were made for a new top to be fitted but we had to chase these dates and on 3 occasions we rang on the day to be told there was a problem with the machine or that the fitter had been booked to do a different job instead !!
Another visit the fitter looked at the job and said it was something he couldn’t do and left.
When a fitter finally arrived to fit the tops he removed the old tops and found them to be the wrong size so had to fit the old ones back
The beginning of May saw the fitter return with new tops which were fitted. The quality of the tops were very poor, distinct lack of quality control, there were small blister bubbles, sharp, rough edges and a chip on the end. The number of times the tops had been removed and replaced had taken its toil on the wallpaper which now had various rips
The customer service manager was leaving but said she would pass these issues to the managing director
After 3 weeks we had heard nothing so we had to yet again chase the company
The new customer service manager contacted and copies of the photos and previous correspondence was sent to him
He arranged to come and inspect the damage to the wallpaper and the poor quality of the tops
He admitted that the quality was not up to standard and that new systems were now in place
He asked for a chance to put things right which we agreed to and he would inspect the tops personally before they were sent out
On the 13/7/21the fitter arrived and removed the old tops, he started fitting the new ones when he found a defect on the one part. He had to ring the factory and a new piece was made, taking 2 hours to arrive
The tops were finally fitted
We asked about compensation for the damage to the paper and redecorating
The onus of the compensation was passed by the company to one of the fitters to pay
We disagreed with this as the reason for the damage was the amount of times the tops were removed and replaced, this being due to the poor quality
Over the years we have used Avanti for kitchen units and extra units a few years later and 2 fully fitted bedrooms
The quality of the products that were sent on three occasions were sub standard, as previously stated there appears to be no quality control
We will never use Avanti again or recommend them to anyone

Had a problem with my new kitchen with a leek only found after I had to call out an independent service guy. Project started installation in November and finished in May. Service guy spotted the leek and I had to call out an emergency plumber. We took photos and plumber said the fault was caused by the kitchen fitter pulling the pipe work into place rather than getting a plumber to make a new joint. Wood was rotten and big puddles under the floor soaking the Solent. Upshot they said I negated the warranty by using an independent guy. Refused to admit any liability and said it was my problem. I get the warranty issue but surely good after sales service would have stumped for the plumber (£160) and make good the repairs.
Good product but installation was poor and after sales service abominable. Would not recommend the Wishaw branch at all. Use someone else.

Excellent service and quality. We called Avanti Customer Service in Dec 2020 and they immediately called back and arranged for Paul to visit in January. Paul was helpful and knowledgeable. He put a plan together to replace our kitchen unit doors, plinths, cornice. This was all delivered and fitted on time. The fitter arrived on time, and did an excellent job. We had clear communication from Avanti from order date to fit, through Paul and Gary and his customer service team. Would absolutely recommend Avanti.

Amazing service as always. We were lucky enough to get Ian Fox to come out from Old Swinford depot and he helped us design our new bedroom. He called us within days of his visit and emailed 3D plans the same week with a price. Very happy and a joy to deal with.

Excellent service throughout lockdown with difficulties accessing all kitchen appliances remedied and room stripped back to basics .i.e new ceiling, walls plastered and all electrics.I would reccommend all involved from Chris Bailey the designer and double checking by Alan the surveyor to Richard for installation arrangements and Darren the actual fitter who carried out the work to my highest standards and nothing was to much trouble through to Matt the electrician who upgraded the fuse board.Gary our appointed customer service manager was also very thorough with the appliance problems which were country wide due to importation and Covid which enabled our kitchen to be finished complete in the best time possible. Avanti were a pleasure to deal with and even Yvonne checking we were safe for there fitters. Another comment if I may was the granite top company used by them were also top notch working within the seven day turnaround and fitting was excellent.

If I could give them less than one star I would. My bathroom looks worse now then when they started. Builders are all contractors and they don't check anyone before letting them work on your house. Please do not trust them. My bathroom was supposed to be a 2 week job, 4 months later and its still not finished.

We have over the last 12 years moved 3 times. In our first house we got quotes from various fitted furniture companies. Avanti blew all the others away with their design, advice and price. Karen who designed the bedroom offered so much advice. When we moved, we didn’t even bother getting quotes from elsewhere. We called Avanti, requested Karen and asked for 4 bedrooms to be fitted, a bathroom and a seating pad. The service was impeccable, the design had our guests asking for details. We recently moved house again (hopefully the last time). We were so delighted Karen was still at Avanti. We had a survey, sat down for hours with Karen as she presented various ideas. We weren’t rushed or pressured to choose our designs. A few weeks later the fitters arrived (the same fitters who had installed our previous house furniture) and helped our bedrooms look perfect! I want to give a special mention to the fitters, a father and son team whose names escape me, they worked so hard and completed the work on time. They were friendly, helpful and when we had any questions were happy to explain and offer suggestions. Finally a big thank you to the customer service team and in particular Carol. They have been wonderful to work with and have made the process very smooth for us. I can’t recommend Avanti enough!

First class service from Paul Jasper who assisted us whilst we chose our kitchen and liaised with us throughout, updating progress and answering any questions we had. Marc Jones who installed our kitchen was excellent. He is a very hard worker. Prompt and polite and his workmanship is first class. We have no hesitation in recommending Avanti.

We have had our kitchen installed from Avanti in October. From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with our Consultant, Dave, who gave us plenty of time choosing the kitchen we wanted, no pressure and very obliging when I changed my mind about the worktops. Just a note to say how really, really pleased we are with our new kitchen from Avanti – and to say thank you to everyone who contributed.
Mickey Woodward of Avanti listened to all our ideas – and gave us the benefit of his thirty years plus of kitchen design experience to come up with a design that gave us what we wanted aesthetically – but was also practical and workable. He also, through his network got us in touch with some wonderful builders – Kevin, Liam and Paul Leech and their team [Leech Builders] to give us a beautiful, light-filled, extension to house our lovely new kitchen. One of the top priorities was for the kitchen to give views of the garden while cooking or dining – and they fully delivered.
The Leech family were so helpful and knowledgeable about what was achievable – and showed genuine interest in working together with Avanti to deliver us the result we wanted.
Now, ten hours before the first March lockdown of 2020 was announced, we were not only without a kitchen, but all boarded up and dark at the back of the house. The team worked like Trojans to ‘Let There Be Light’ and to get our back windows and doors in so we were watertight and cosy before work halted for lockdown. I cannot thank them enough.
Avanti stayed in touch over the lockdown, and when the rules let their factory start up again, had our kitchen resorted and restarted in a remarkably short time.
If you are looking at the picture of the kitchen, you are looking at the fitting work of Contracted Fitter Marc Jones – who worked so hard, and never complained [not out loud anyway!] – even though my kitchen was full of quirky angles, had a non-standard stable-door affair to house a litter tray out of sight for a very spoiled cat, and needed last minute adjustments for a rise up extractor to avoid spoiling the beautiful sloping ceiling angles the clever Leech family had given me. (By the way – the Leeches also gave me a tunnel through the wall, lined it, and managed a little step up outside for the same spoiled cat. Without laughing at us.)
The great team from Just Granite also scratched their heads a little over the quirky angles and the slot for the rise up extractor, but, nothing was too much trouble for them – and they, like all the teams, really wanted to make sure the joins and the end result were just perfect.
There were, naturally, the odd niggles after fitting – we are talking tiny things, like the trim around bottom of curved plinths, the odd things you don’t notice until you put your dining chair in place, sit down and stare at how the under plinth lights look, but Avanti popped out and de-snagged any niggles really quickly. I cannot fault the customer service.
Special thanks at Avanti to Richard, to Ian, to Yvonne manning the phones, and to Chris – and of course to Mickey who is just one of a kind.
And special thanks to the Leech family – not forgetting the multi-talented and oh-so-handy Steve – for staying cheerful all through the challenges of working through the multiple challenges of the Covid-19 summer and autumn, but giving us a gorgeous space.

I have recently had an Avanti kitchen installed, and I am really happy with it. It looks amazing, but importantly Avanti have been so nice to deal with throughout the whole process. Due to Covid it did take a bit longer between ordering & fitting, this was due to building work at my house not being completed due to lockdown. But importantly, at no point did I feel rushed or pressured by Avanti to proceed the order so the units could be manufactured. They just said call us when you are ready as it will take 4 weeks for your units to be made. I believe every kitchen is built to order.
When the date was made for it being installed I was kept well informed of what was happening and when. I even had a telephone call from Avanti thanking me for the payment.
When it came to the fitting Sam Sims (the fitter) was great. Everyone who has seen the kitchen has said ‘wow’.
So thanks & I will definitely recommend Avanti to anyone that wants a lovely kitchen & great service.

Avanti was the first place we went to look round for kitchens and, with a baby and a handful of a toddler, in the middle of a pandemic, we were delighted how accommodating Paul was in showing us round the showroom with the small people! On one occasion he came to our garden to do a socially distanced follow up meeting in order to save us the difficulty of managing the children in an unusual environment (with the pandemic our usual child carers were shielding so we couldn't leave them with anyone). Through and through he was efficient in following up questions but non-pressury, recognising the pressures of family life and we never once felt hounded! Their products were sturdy and we particularly liked how the kitchens are made in the Midlands. We would highly recommend Avanti Kitchens.

I would like to say a big thank you to all at the Avanti team.
My wife and I bought our first house in March and started a full renovation as the house needed a new make over.
Firstly Paul Goddard the manager of their consultant team was there at all times to help up design our first ever kitchen. As the house moved forward over the months, we made several changes to our design and he was more than happy to sit down with us on many occasions offer his expertise even through lockdown. Alan Crawford the surveyor came out twice and was always a pleasure to deal with. Offering further advice. The fitting team were professional from day one and hard working. We received a phone call from Gary on the day of fitting to make sure everything was going as planned, and the service really made you feel that you were there number 1 client.
They can bespoke anything. We ripped out a full central heating system with a boiler swap out. The only boiler was open flue and sat in it own space within the kitchen. We didn’t know how to utilise this space and many ideas went back and forth (sorry Paul and Alan) but now we have a beautiful oak peninsular that was cut by hand and a stunning glass cabinet displaying my wife’s beautiful glasses as the centre piece to a stunning kitchen.
We didn’t go top range through to a lot of major work that needed to be done and still does but it looks like something out of a brochure.
