Great service from knowledgeable staff
I cannot fault Avern. They are knowledgeable about the products and very helpful especially when the first parcel did not arrive. This was because EVRI was tasked with delivery, something which they find very difficult to do (they lost another parcel for me the same week). I understand that the item I bought did not warrant a dearer courier but sadly this cost Avert more by using EVRI (The second parcel came via DPD in under 24 hours.

Quick dispatch let down by their chosen courier DPD who failed to deliver claiming an attempt was made and no one in. Which is nonsense in a hotel open 24/7
