The tool fell apart after less than 2…
The tool fell apart after less than 2 months use. It says suitable for hard floor and carpets and its not, when i raised it with Avern under the 1 year warranty as stated on the product description I was advised it wasn't covered as we had misused. In future i will buy the cheaper un branded floor tools as they last longer.
